Don't go inside. You can stand there for 5-10 minutes while they look at you and walk by without acknowledging you. I get you might be "just a cook" but they can also be told to at least say hi and get the attention of someone who can help. Too much conversation and standing while orders are coming in. You can also order ahead, go inside and 10 drive thru orders will be prioritized over your order you placed long ago.

The people were decent, but they got our order wrong 3 times, the soda machine was broke, some menu items sold out, the food was barely warm and took more than 10 minutes for all there, the soda from behind the counter was flat, the spicy wasn't spicy, there was confusion when ordering, lots of problems, the guy in charge was nice and did what he could, but in the end for $30 and getting only the cheap things except 1 expensive combo, it was subpar and ultimately regrettable. And after a long road trip everyone left disappointed. Lastly the bathrooms was easy to get into and decently clean and ok smelling. Sadly with JitB and the expense of going, it pays to know which stores are good and which are not, this one now, would be filed under "not"

Basically the food here is always the same. It's cooked properly, tastes like fast food, and it changes constantly. I think the best part about Jack in The Crack is you can always find one and they are open all night and they serve breakfast 24 hours which I love and I don't think it's on the menu but you can also get a bitching grilled cheese sandwich there. The sad part is I don't eat fast food anymore but I do consistently crave Jack in The Crack 100%.

Ordered 2 tacos and a Dr Pepper... Thanks for the 2 cold tacos and Diet Coke that you knew you got wrong and didn't want to remake even after asking me. The trash enjoyed the drink. Fing lazy.

They go the extra mile here and the food is better. I like the Sourdough Jack and this place delivers a crispy bread where other locations don't cook it enough. Give the employee here a raise. They deserve it. I go to this location in particular because they are better.

Asked for large french fries with no salt. When i got home 4min drive i got small, cold french fries with alot of salt. Shame!
The cashier doesn't know how to explain the combinations of the combos and when you ask for something else she gets upset and ignores you... I preferred not to buy because her attitude was very rude...

I come here from time to time and never had a real complaint . Im just curious if with every transaction they automatically add the $1 donation. ?I was never asked to donate at all. I also had to ask for a receipt.

I loved you Jack but I think it’s time to break up now. It’s too pricey now. I went two hours ago and my fries were cold as soon as I got the bag. It just doesn’t feel the same like before. I used to go 3 times a week for the number 7 but this economy forced me to take a break and I decided to buy a number 7 today because I was craving one but after getting cold fries. I kinda regret my purchase. This location was my favorite of all the locations in SR due to the customer service but I think I’ll just eat at home from now on. Have a good day though, maybe one day I’ll come back but I’ll be taking a year break. Maybe when prices go down, I’ll come back but for now farewell.
