Went to the drive-thru on a cold, mid-week morning. The employee, who was pleasant and articulate, asked me to pull forward and wait, even though there were no other customers the 3-4 minutes while I waited. He was kind when handing me my order, wishing me well.
Food was hot and put together well (nothing missing or sloppy). The exterior of the building could use a freshen up and needs some repairs. Otherwise, I had a fine experience.

Well its jack in the box what to expect stand in there and they want you to use kiosk, well I hate the kiosk because that is another job taken. So I stood at counter for about a minute before someone was clocking out for break , and I said hold on before you go on break CAN YOU PLEASE TAKE MY ORDER I HATE HAVING TO TOCH THINGS THAT EVEEYONE HAS TOUCHED AND THE GET FOOD AND HAVE TO LET IT GET COLD BECAUSE IM IN NEED TO WASH MY HANDS BEFORE I EAT.

Purple hair girl is rude! She gave me the wrong order and did not have any customer service skills. People are allergic to certain things and when they say not to put something in their food it’s for a reason. I will never be coming back to this jack in the box and I want my money back. ASAP
