Came here for lunch. Somehow they ran out of fries? I Was the only person in line and I had To go park My car and wait for them to bring it to me which i find weird. The simplest of request will not be taken care of here. Example. Bacon crispy, didn't understand that, ok bacon crunchy, didn't understand that either. Ok bacon well done. Seemed to understand that but got the burger and its fatty bacon like always. It really does not get much worse than here.

Came here at 8 on 12/17/24 had a mobile order I tried using the bathroom first it had no indication that it doesn’t work I asked for it and this female employee who starts saying “no working” like 10x then I just try to get my food and she keeps going on about “no working” something is definitely not right there I was wearing regular clothes (sweats and a hoodies it’s cold) no reason for her to think I’m homeless or anything for that reaction disappointment

This specific jack in the box was Terrible, The customer service was absolutely trash they were Rude had a lot of attitude,and couldn’t understand them, didn’t speak clearly and after I nicely corrected my order and she got it wrong she answered with a rude attitude and Demanded to order right or not order at all overall the service and the place was dirty and unsanitary couldn’t even sit down at a table without there being crumbs on my chair and table never coming here ever again DONT RECOMMEND.

Food was hot cooked to perfection and my order was complete and timely. Staff was smiling and kind.
The restroom was clean enough. The staff of 3 was absorbed in socializing with eachother and very reluctant to help me, taking twice as long as necessary to get the items for me. I wanted to dine in but was automatically given takeout and ended up eating in the parking lot. The fries were barely edible and some of them were gross to look at. The sandwich was ok. Overall the food hit me with a chemical sadness (I've noticed this before in fast food, something in the food causes artificial sadness) and I decided this would be the last time I ever eat fast food. Extra poor experience when it was only after I'd ordered that I noticed the Halloween themed menu items, a reason to boycott this particular fast food chain regardless. But the way, the funky meal was fifteen dollars. A whole hour wage for me.

The 2 peoples whom assisted me lastnight where so incredibly sweet! They really tried to help me with my Google pay. Went above and beyond and if I had a say, they would both be offered a raise. Those are the kind of people corporations should try to keep! Thanks guy's! APPRECIATE YOU!

Just bought fries and a couple of the cheap taco's. They had me park in front of the store, where I waited for 7 min for my order. Not the end of the world. Especially since everything was nice and hot.
