I just went through the drive-thru on Marlow Rd. Server, Ivan F. helped me at 7:36am., ticket #: 1007. He was terrible. Not only could I not hear a word he said, but he had the window so low you couldn’t see his face. I asked if I could get a pup cup, cuz that location has always given my dog one, but he completely just ignored my request even though I spent over $11. I don’t usually write reviews, but this dude gets a 0 out of 10 and really changed my good mood this morning into a crappy one. Had he just smiled and acted just a little appreciative, it would have changed everything regardless of not giving my puppy a fricking pup cup.
