Not sure if it’s just me, but Jamba has fell off and they havnt made a comeback. The smoothies aren’t as good anymore and they’re not worth the price. I also tried their vegan impossible sandwich, it was was pretty bland. Doesn’t come with any sauce, just a tiny, dry sandwich.

The first time I went their and had my first smoothie then I was hooked and it always gave me very happy Vibes I guess and the service is wonderful and the place was really nice only problem is there's no bathrooms but then again it is pretty small other than that then there's no problems. And most things on the menu are good.
Kid-friendliness: When ever my little sister comes she is so exited to se everything but there is no bathrooms so yah but everything else is great.

I love Jamba Juice! My friend and I get Jamba Juice together multiple times a week. We like this location because it’s in a quiet mall, with not too many people. The employees are friendly and usually quick. Although there isn’t seating in Jamba, there are some chairs inside the mall directly in front of the location where you can wait for or drink your smoothie.
I would have given this location 5 stars, but they have consistently been out of raspberry sherbet this summer! It may not sound like a big deal, but most of their smoothies have raspberry sherbet, including the only two smoothies my friend and I order!
I hope they get their inventory under control because they have some great employees! If they stop running out of ingredients, I will give them 5 stars, but until then 4 stars. I’m tired of going to this location to place my order only to find out they are out of ingredients and having to go to another Jamba! Until this raspberry sherbet shortage is taken care of I’m going to other locations!

So I ordered a custom smoothie with frozen fruit and orange juice. No biggie, right? But when I got my smoothie it wasn’t a smoothie at all. It was liquid, all orange juice with a drop of fruit blended in. I said it was liquid and they were all saying it was like that because I “asked for orange juice”. Just admit you made the smoothly the poorly, don’t blame me, kids are so disrespectful.

Went to Jamba today, service was fast and the smoothie was delicious, but maybe if your staff were a bit friendlier it would be great, when I went to order the young lady at the register rolled her eyes...and while I was waiting for my drink there was a family in front of me with a little girl who couldn't have been more than 4 or 5 and when she got her drink she said thank you to the girl who made it and she completely ignored her, no smile or anything, for me if a little girl or boy says thank you I wouldn't just ignore it.....they are showing good manners and it's important to recognize that.
