I love coming in here(almost daily) for my wheatgrass and breakfast. Everyone is kind and efficient. They genuinely care when they ask how i'm doing. It makes me feel like i'm at home and I love it!

Ordered one of their bowls and was told they were out of fresh bananas and this is all I got for an eight dollar bowl. When I asked if it was all the way full because it was pretty much empty. The girls said you can talk to corporate about it if you have a problem. Don’t recommend paying eight dollars for something that is a quarter full.

Disappointed today. Had multiple orders as a treat for the kids and was told “we already cleaned our carrot machine” when I asked for an orange carrot twist. It’s 6:20 pm and they don’t close until 8. (???)I usually have great experiences here. Hoping a manager sees the feedback and considers making a change.

Came here today with a few of my friends to get a quick smoothie and the service as well as the quality of the smoothies were great!! I came around the afternoon and the place was kept clean and the staff was friendly and polite. I tried the blue gummy which most places don't offer but they made it for me and it was actually thick and smooth in terms of taste!! Will definitely visit again.

First of all, Jamba is my go to smoothie especially after I get my workout in. This specific jamba juice in Santa Rosa is the best! Excellent customer service! Super friendly and they make the best smoothie ever! I've beem to differemy location but by far this one is the best!

First of all, I want to say the juice was good. I gave it a one star. Because I am pregnant and they did not allow me to use the restroom. It’s not like I did not go in purchasing anything. I went in I purchased, then I needed to use the restroom. I asked him if I may please use the restroom. They said it’s only for employees only that I can go to Safeway to use the restroom. They have two restrooms there. They could have one for employees and one for customers. I understand due to Covid things have changed. What is not OK I am a paying customer. And I’m pregnant. Well I go to this Jamba Juice again. No. I will find another one if I desire one

Love this place - I'm here mostly for the wheatgrass! People say yikes it tastes like grass. Hmmm - yes it does but I don't know a more vitamin & amino acid drink that taste better. I know several people that say it helped with cancer recovery. It's an incredible quick drink that even improves your dental! And the staff at this store is always kind and uplifting. We all need some of that !!
