Came in for lunch with my dad. The giant sandwich was perfect for two to share. The guy cutting the meats and cheeses was super kind (although soft spoken) and he created a conversation with us. It was him and one other person working. We took a seat and ate, and all seemed alright. A little while later, the first guy came up, offered us two of their cookies and apologized because he was distracted by something going on outside, that he had to attend to. Overall, great service as always!

Poor all the way around, rude service and shaming customers who haven’t ordered there before. Would never go back, go to the one on Hopper, it’s new, clean and the people who work there are great!

I stopped by for a couple sandwiches and the place was so dirty. The slicers and countertops were filthy, food scraps everywhere and he was just making sandwiches on top of all of it. I had to ask the kid to clean the counter before making my sandwich and he still set my sandwiches on top of someone else’s greasy receipt while he sliced it. I tried to politely as I could, tell him they need to do a better job of cleaning in between orders because honestly it was disgusting, and he apologized and says he was working all alone and had been busy. So now I’m not mad at this kid, but I want to know who the hell is managing this place??? Leaving a teenager, no more than 16 years old, alone to run your shop, on a weekend at dinner time?

I like to call in ahead of time and order my sandwiches so I just have to pop in and pay and the sandwiches are already.
They do get quite busy, so it pays to either use the app. Or calling ahead of time

Visited and placed an order to go for 6 sandwiches, it took about 25 minutes and felt super chaotic/disheveled. When we got to our destination, one of the sandwiches was missing. I called the next day to ask for a refund (and he did say they had found a sandwich not bagged) and was told they couldn’t look up my transaction since I no longer had my receipt. Not happy with the experience in store or with the missing sandwich! Can’t recommend.

Went to Mikes today ordered 4 sandwiches for my family, read my order to the young lady four times! Spent $57.00 not worried about the price. I get home remove the sandwiches from the bag supposed to have one wrap, well no wrap all four sandwiches, three were hot sandwiches the peppers and onions were under cooked and crisply! What really upsets me is they weren’t busy I was the only one in line! And the worst part is I live halfway between Santa Rosa and Calistoga! No way I was driving all the way back! They need some adult supervision! Definitely will not be going back!
