foods fine whatever, i ordered a club sandwich assuming i would get every single type of meat it said on the menu considering it did not say a choice of either.. I wanted lettuce on it and before i asked the guy he mumbled something to me, i audibly said “huh?” and he ended up saying it again no louder and i just ended up agreeing. He put onions, lettuce, and tomatoes on then split some random sauce onto there while i just sat there watching. I should have said something. I also ordered a Giant chicken bacon ranch and my total should have been around 32 dollars. My total was 42 dollars. please be a bit louder when asking questions and why is the tax so unbelievably much??

Great sandwich but this place has little to no place to sit and eat. It's designed almost exclusively for take out.

Mediocre, but can’t expect more for a chain. Rather give my money to a local sandwich shop than this place. Not going back, bad atmosphere

I love this place and can't wait till they open the one on Northern Santa Rosa. Everyone is so nice and their sandwiches have just made me lose interest in other sub shops.I love that they have a creme soda sweetened with agave. I love that it's so good.I always get my sandwiches cold and "Mikes way" they load it up with oil vinegar and herbs. But the other night I had a Philly cheese steak and that had to be one of the best I've ever had.Love this place!!

First things first, so much cross contanimation. The workers use the same gloves for everything: touching meat, touching cheese, touching veggies, etc. In fact I watch them slice cheese on the same machine as the meat. There is no way they can't afford tongs for the veggies. Worse would be they would put a tomato on the sandwich, not like it, take it off, and put it back with the rest of the tomatoes. How has the health department not catch this?Next the sub. I orderded the tuna, and I am impressed that with everything added there was no flavor. How can they make it so bland? Like they added salt and pepper and herbs, and still nothing. Even the bread, which was rosemary and parmesan, had not flavor.I will give them 2 stars for service (everyone was polite and friendly) and the chocolate chip cookie was good.

I had Jersey Mike's earlier this week for the first time when my office catered in some sandwiches. I had the absolute joy of eating their classic Italian sub and I have thought about that sandwich non-stop ever since!! I went back this afternoon to pick up two for my husband and me. The service was super friendly and I was in and out in no time. Love that they slice all their meats and cheeses right there as they're preparing your sandwich. The bread was delicious and everything was fresh and flavorful. This will definitely be our number one spot for yummy subs!

Great sando it was a lot bigger than I had expected. That's always a plus. Meat tasted fresh and the bread was delicious.

The Lithuanian-American guy was super friendly and welcoming. He greeted every customer as they walked in. We engaged in a fruitful conversation as we decided what we wanted. It was our first time ever trying Jersey Mike's, and it wasn't until I had a bite of my #10 mini sandwich, further north on my road trip, that I realized how fuxking great it was. Highly recommend!

Went here on August 25th at the behest of my friend who used to go to the original in New Jersey. Two of us ordered the Philly Cheesesteak and the bun to meat/veggie ratio was off.Way too much bread, not enough meat or veggies, plenty of cheese though. My friend and my wife ordered an Italian sub and said it was good.Friendly staff, but the tray of sub bread on the floor where you stand in line was off putting as were the flies. Not much room to dine inside or outside.Pricey for what you get.
