Great sandwiches. I especially like the pepper relish on my sandwich.

I ordered a classic Italian and they gave me a veggie. Very disappointed, even though I reiterated what I wanted on my sandwich multiple times they decided to make something that is now not edible.

Got the 26 wrapped it was really good, and once my order was taken, it arrived hot and fast. Lunch hour is slower than you want, but they handle it well. Parking is limited and crowded during lunch.

Cross contamination. I came in to pick up an order. I watched one of the employees with gloves on touch food, wipe gloves all over his apron, organize paper bags, touch other surfaces, use the dirty rag to wipe the counter and then proceeded to finish making a sandwich with the same gloves. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve seen this. I think the employees need have better training and understanding of cross contamination.

If you place an order online then you will want to get inline once you get there. We made the mistake to just wait for our order to show up at the pick up window. We watched 5-6 people come in, get one line, order and get their meal with nothing being said about our food.

I went up and asked if they were working on it and was told yes.

After about 5 minutes more of watching more people come in and get their order I went back up and asked again about my order.

I was told they had sliced my meats and it was coming up. Yes, another 5 minutes and I went back up AGAIN. I was told to calm down and walk away from the counter.I asked again where is my order. He then proceeded to argue with me. I pointed out that people who have just walked in where getting help and I just wanted my order.

By this time he held up 2 sandwiches and said “They are done but you’re not going to get them. I’m refunding your order and you can eat somewhere else” WHAT!

I then asked for a copy of the credit slip since he was refusing to give me my order. He told me that was going to call the cops if I didn’t leave. I said yes, please call the cops. I’m not leaving without a copy of the return.

What kind of a place is this that would treat people like this? I hope someone from management reaches out because this was totally unacceptable behavior.

I never thought I’d leave a review for a franchised company but this place is amazing. Sandwiches taste great and the employees are some
of the best I’ve seen at a fast food restaurant, comparable to In N Out and Chick-Fil-A. It’s only 2 mins from my house so lucky me. Can get busy so I’d recommend downloading the app and ordering ahead. Recommend the Club Supreme and chipotle cheesesteak.

I gave 2 stars because I'm handicapped using a cane. We were the next person up to order. The guy taking orders said he'd be with her in a minute. 7 minutes later he took her partial order. Another 8 minutes he came back only to say it'll be a few more minutes. I was using a cane and couldn't stand much longer. I was never greeted or acknowledged by any employees. We turned around and left, never to return again.

Portions are good for the price. Sandwiches always made to order and made well by the workers. Friendly service.

My mom,my aunt and I came to get a sub and they do not speak English that well..The girl that was there helped us get the best subs! She was super nice and even told us what the sub had in our language..My mom said she will definitely come back again to get the #42.

Love a #2 Mike's Way. Service was a little slammed, but staff was friendly and powering through. Atmosphere was pure Jersey Mike's. Generic corporate branding vibe that encourages ordering to go.
