The staff greeted us warmly.

Ordered 2 Philly Cheese Steaks to go. What a surprise when we go home with them. The meat was burnt and more like meatballs in shape then like is shown in the pictures and how a cheese steak should be. Doubt I’ll order this again if we ever go back.

I don't frequently eat at Jersey Mike's, so I'm never sure what to expect, but the service is really great here. The crew behind the counter was fast and friendly. They even threw in a free cookie because of a minor mistake they made (which they fixed of course). Great!

Our first time here and the service was amazing. I ordered our food, and one of the workers asked if it was our first time here, because I mentioned we’re not from Santa Rosa. I said yes, and he gave us 3 cookies for free. I ordered 2 subs, and they were DELICIOUS. The bread was soft, the ingredients were fresh, and everything tasted great. Unforgettable. We will definitely be back the next time we’re in town. Thanks Jersey Mike’s! ❤️

Alex and Lilly, the franchise owners, are some of the best humans ever. They hustle big time, all the time, and seem like they genuinely enjoy working each time I walk in. The sandwiches are amazing too.

Best sub shop in America. Don't be a hater Santa Rosa riff Raff. Once they find some reliable, hard working staff that take pride in what they do it'll hit. Santa Rosa needs to understand that the work culture is absolutely garbage here. Work ethic, responsibility, pride, etc. Making a jersey Mike's sub is an honor. The concept is fabulous. Blame your culture. Jersey Mike's is the best. Been a loyal customer for 15 years. My go-tos are the club sub, big kahuna cheesesteak and turkey provolone. I like to add pickles, hot pepper relish and spicy mustard. Don't hate on this business cuz your town sucks.

The people working at this Jersey Mike’s are quick, kind and competent. They have an amazing system and they do a great job! Everything is fresh and expertly made. This was our first Jersey Mike experience and because of that they even gave us free cookies! And try it Mike’s Way, he knows what he is talking about. We will definitely we back!

Food was goood was but workers are confused. They put the gross order receipts directly on the open sandwich on the meat. That is so disgusting. Go to a different location unless you want to get sick. 1 star.

I ordered a classic Italian and they gave me a veggie. Very disappointed, even though I reiterated what I wanted on my sandwich multiple times they decided to make something that is now not edible.

Got the 26 wrapped it was really good, and once my order was taken, it arrived hot and fast. Lunch hour is slower than you want, but they handle it well. Parking is limited and crowded during lunch.
