Jimmy John's as a company deserves 4 stars, but I had to give this location 3 because of the customer service. Fresh and tasty sandwiches at a great price! I had the Vito today and it was exactly what I wanted. Great restaurant considering they're a pretty big chain. Way better than Subway but definitely not as good as Togo's.

Overall, it is a good sandwich shop. The ingredients seem fresh, and they provide a good amount of meat in the sandwich. So, better than Subway easily. The issue came from the fact that I was craving an Italian sandwich; unfortunately, they were all out of salami. Picked another sandwich and asked for mustard on it. They give you packets of mustard to put on the sandwich after it has been made. First shop, not already made, I have ever been to that would not spread it on the bread for the customer. Hard to spread on after the fact and get an even spread. I likely will go to again, but only if it is in the area where I am. I wouldn't seek it out for a sandwich.

My kid's favorite lunch spot. We are the weirdos that order two normal sandwiches for my wife and myself, and then 3 sandwiches with just mayo and pickles for the kids. Literally, bread...mayo...pickles. But the kids love it and eat the whole thing. My 6 year old says it's because the bread is so good and I think the little guy is right. Plus we really enjoy how personable the people taking our order are and they get a chuckle out of the pickle sandwiches. Thanks Jimmy John's!

This is a national sandwich shop. They have an excellent selection and they put plenty of meat on each sandwich. I have one complaint... I asked them to put red wine vinegar on my sandwich instead of mayonnaise. They had a red wine vinegar mix that I thought would be ok. The problem is: they put mayonnaise on the sandwich anyway!

Excellent. Something for everyone. If you like lots of meat make sure you order from the Favorites side. Fresh and delicious shredded lettuce, tasty cheese and flavorful cold cuts. Will also make any of their sandwiches as a lettuce wrap if you choose.

Jimmy johns has the freshest sandwiches ive ever eaten. Subway cannot even compete with how delicious jimmy johns sandwiches are. The employees work very hard and always keep a smile on their faces. The place is very very clean, and well organized.
