Don't know why but every time I come to jimmy johns they're closed for some unknown reason or out of bread or something pretty much they're never open and I become less and less surprised every time I come and they're closed. If they were actually open I'd probably give 5 stars since I've never had a problem but they ain't ever opennn.

They're sandwiches are bomb but uh why can't I order online for deliver when I've always been able to? somethings wrong here and no one ever answers the phone so I guess I have to start coming in from now on, lol.

Jimmy John's as a company deserves 4 stars, but I had to give this location 3 because of the customer service. Fresh and tasty sandwiches at a great price! I had the Vito today and it was exactly what I wanted. Great restaurant considering they're a pretty big chain. Way better than Subway but definitely not as good as Togo's.

I have recently gave these guys a shot again and what some time to settle can do. Prices are the same but the quality has gone up or at least the makers. This time experience was great friendly staff and pretty hooked up sandwich with good amount of meat and cheese

Overall, it is a good sandwich shop. The ingredients seem fresh, and they provide a good amount of meat in the sandwich. So, better than Subway easily. The issue came from the fact that I was craving an Italian sandwich; unfortunately, they were all out of salami. Picked another sandwich and asked for mustard on it. They give you packets of mustard to put on the sandwich after it has been made. First shop, not already made, I have ever been to that would not spread it on the bread for the customer. Hard to spread on after the fact and get an even spread. I likely will go to again, but only if it is in the area where I am. I wouldn't seek it out for a sandwich.
I've came to realize that I am now addicted to the sandwiches from jimmy John's #perfection!!! Super quick, super kind, great customer service all the way around. Keep it up!!!

Great sandwhich! They have a 16in sandwich as well. Try it on the French bread. I'm surprised to see the low ratings here. It's a great substitute to Subways.
