This is one of the most inconvenient KFCs in the region. I have been to many here in Santa Rosa but by far this particular KFC will require you to park in which you will need to navigate incoming and outgoing traffic in Santa Rosa Avenue which is one of the most busiest parts on Santa Rosa. Also the servers eventhough they are friendly, always trying to get you to take half original and half crispy....its all if its convenient to them. I feel that one of these days a customer is gona crash navigating that traffic to park and wait for food. I dont give out this low ratings but safety is an issue and lack of convenience for customers makes this a lowly rated KFC.

I had a great experience thanks to Mark! He was extremely polite, patient, and respectful the entire time. He took the time to go over different choices, answered all my questions without rushing me, and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. I ordered food through uber eats and my order arrive incomplete. A combo and a Cole slaw were missing. The answer of your employee due can come for her, that they can’t do and I think so. Do week if I work. It’s incredible that they make a mistake so often three orders not to realize that they only put one. Ha and that I talk to uber for the return of my money. For a mistake of yours.

I went on a busy Tuesday the line was extremely long for the 8 piece buckets but, the employees got thru the line quickly and to mention the person taking the order was nice, respectful and, got my order quickly. 10/10 experience will be going back for the great costumer service

Went last night. The chicken was scrawny, over cooked and very salty. They started serving the gravy separate from the mash, I was happy to see this but the gravy was very thin with a new taste. Trust me if you like KFC, it's worth the extra drive to Rohnert Park. People in RP are kind and professional. The food is excellent!

Disappointed to be writing this because the food actually tasted great and the service was very good, but I got straight up food poisoning and have been seriously messed up from it all day. There was nothing else I ate yesterday that could've caused it. I may go to the doctor if this keeps up because it's painful, and I've got chills a fever.

KFC has always been my go-to spot for good chicken. I've been going to this location for a few months. The drive-thru staff are friendly and efficient. The order is also spot-on. I frequent this KFC because of the wonderful employees. Good job!

Horrible experience at this location especially the food and management/employees.Employees did not seem happy at all nor did they wanted to work as I seen some employees on their phones.As soon as they were packing orders I also seen that none of them were wearing gloves as they were on their phones as well.i ordered a chicken SANDWHICH and it couldn’t been the freshest possible as it was really dry,no crunch, and cold bun.I asked for refund and didn’t receive as management on shift was giving attitude and started getting really upset which was really poor of the employee.Even though they offered me another SANDWHICH I didn’t want it due to the uncleanliness of the location and employees as it was a very uncomfortable situation and location.This store needs better employees as that what they lack on and new management ASAP otherwise this location needs to be inspected or shut down immediately.Please investigate this location

I was very disappointed when my food was given to me. My chicken tenders were chewy, almost as if they were made out of plastic. Not to mention the prices are ridiculous for what you get.
