I’ve been here twice in the last couple weeks and each visit was just not pleasant.
First of all I don’t even eat this food, I was here buying something to eat for a local family I help out and they have been requesting this.
1st visit I drove up and they said the system is down and they can not sell me any food :|
2nd visit they only had original chicken available, which the family I help out requested crispy. They asked me to park and wait an additional 15min in the parking lot, when from the outside it appeared to be empty at 1pm.
I still ordered the food so the family can get their KFC fix but I definitely will not be coming back here again. $42 for KFC is wild!! I could have eaten at a nice sit down restaurant for that price.
They only thing I will give them and say is the cashier was a young man and he was very nice and pleasant, this was on my second visit and he was working both windows. At least he gave good customer service.
But Never again!

The two people working doing their best to get orders out but they were too busy... The soda machine was out of service but the worst part of the music playing way loud... When I asked the girl doing her best why it was so loud, she said she tried to turn it down but it just creeps back up to too loud... Bad music blasting out of bad speakers and the two people working were doing their best... I know they must have been stressed although they were hiding it with the best service they could provide considerating the circumstances...

Well this is the first time I had to do drive through at KFC Cleveland, Santa Rosa. I ordered 2 x 3pcs Crispy Chicken meal plus an extra fries. The meal included drinks so I chose 2 x Large lemonade. I believe the guy taking my order, did not hear me right. So when I came to the payment and pickup window, he asked me about an extra drink. So I kindly told him, the meals comes with drinks so I only ordered for extra fries but not the drink. The guy who was serving me was okay, so he went to get her supervisor to refund the money for the extra drink he charged me. However the Supervisor was so so unprofessional that she started blurting out, or this is what they do. She turned to me and said, you know to stop wasting your time and my time you need to tell us the right thing. Then she continued, you have done this so many times. Omg ?? I was so surprised as this is the first time I have ever come for a drivethru at Cleveland KFC and to be told I have done this so many times was shocking. Despite me telling her that this was the first time I was there, she was so adamant telling me. No No it's you it's you, you have been here and have done this so many times. If any of the KFC management is reading this review, I really need to share this because I was so so very mad ? the way I was treated by this staff of yours. Lady if you were that staff/ supervisor who falsely accuse me this afternoon. Just letting you know Im not wasting your time, I'm actually doing you a favor by ordering food from there. So be nice and stop falsely accusing people because it only shows how dumb you are???

So I've made my online order there twice now and went and picked it up when they were closed and the first time I had to knock on the door and someone saw me and then went and got another guy and he said to go through the drive thru and I mouthed I don't have a car and he came to the door and went and got my order then the second time went through the drive thru on foot and I got my order fast and my order was sitting there for a minute and he re did my drinks for me since they were watered down and he was very civil and nice I think his name was EBOY Or something maybe a manager! So EBOY u are doing a great job and have great energy about you so thanks for being so civil!

I kind of understand why people give them a bad review because of waiting. But me personally? They alway have my food in a timely manner. They're pretty nice. Yes I have to wait sometime a bit but you know what is worth it because they're friendly..

I don't understand why this place and the employees can't get it together. Every single time I order something is wrong, missing or the chicken is chewy because it has sat too long. The employees have attitude problems when you're trying to resolve the situation. Half of them are high. Just a few weeks ago one of the employees was outside smoking a joint when I arrived. This is why I haven't been back here in a year. Tonight we were hoping to have a different experience. Wrong it was just like the rest. The chicken was chewy the coleslaw was sour. You're never able to get ahold of anyone by phone. Wish people had a bit more pride for themselves and the company they represent.

Was very disappointed this time. Chicken was greasy. The biscuit was hard and not fresh. First time it was bad
Molasses would win at speed and efficiency. This is terrible quality food but the people were nice and friendly.
