I used to buy these and thought they were great, but they have reduced the size of the tortillas to where they are so SMALL they can no longer be used for tacos. So sad as this used to he a decent product. If they did this to make more money, shame on them!!!

They don’t have any customer engagement.

Been using their gluten free tortillas for a long time and love the taste and texture previously. However, since the fall 2024 they changed something. Now they come either all stuck together or they fall apart. I keep returning them and exchanging for a new bag and it is the same thing. I emailed the company to let them know and hopefully get a response and no reply. So today was our last try with them. We will be moving on to a different brand

Tortillas came stuck together and tore when I tried separating them

Worst tortillas ever! They stick together and rip when trying to pull apart. Even after being heated up they fall apart when trying to fold.

First time buying your wraps and every single one fell apart. Ruined my breakfast, never purchase again.

Honestly we've had enough with opportunistic companies selling to Kansas. Thanks for nothing. Glad you got paid. Will miss the quality and most importantly the jobs for the folks that worked there who made this what it is. Never buying again.

Have a vivid memory of going to their store/factory as a child for a field trip. They showed us how the tortillas were made and then gave us each a tortilla to eat. Before the flour tortillas because they gave us a corn one and I remember I was bummed cuz it was just that, with nothing to eat with it. Lol being Mexican and having a tortilla with nothing was a bum for me. This was early 80s Since then they instilled this memory and I been a devoted tortilla eater of their brand. What a wonderful local company.

I bought a new package of La tortilla factory gluten free tortillas made with grain from cassava flour. I tried one from the new package with cheese on it, only to experience a sharp painful crunching noise of dirt and sand! It made my teeth hurt. Upon examining and clearing the cheese as pure, I took a bite of one of the tortillas plain. Crunch! Sand and dirt, extremely distict.. There is no real evidence of dirt on the outside of the product other than some dark flecks- it must be there is dirt or sand cooked directly into the tortillas! My teeth still hurt!! What kind of quality control do they have? Who do I report them too before something else in their product makes someone sick?

The handmade style corn tortillas are my favorite. Only one store around me has them and we buy them up every few weeks. The only corn tortilla I will eat. Delicious. The absolute best.

They treat their employees horrible

Tried a bunch of brands to compliment my home made taco spice and home ground beef. The corn/wheat were the best by far. They also bubble up splendidly when frying, for puffy taco shells.Highly recommend.
