First time trying it and I wish I could rate it higher, but they took over 20 min to get me a pour-over. They weren't busy, they simply forgot about it. They served overs that came after me, and until I asked about it they handed it to me. Now cold. Unfortunate cause I try to support local coffee spots, but Starbucks was 2 doors down and they made me wonder if it would have been better to go there instead...ðŸ«
This place was super cute and the staff was nice but their matcha needs serious work. The matcha just tasted like flavored milk... Considering the matcha is around 7$ it was pretty disappointing.
I came here April 22 like 5 minutes after they openat like 7:35. I have a train to catch at like 7:58 so i figured oh it will only be 5 minutes to get a bagel… WRONG! It took 20 minutes to make a bagel and meanwhile the guy the only other guy there that ordered before me got a sandwich, they were offering him a free coffee and he got his order free, but me i got offered nothing for waiting 20 minutes for my bagel. I missed my train to work. How does this happen.
