The flavor was very good, but my pizza had a soggy bottom. The other pizzas did not we had about six pizzas at our table. I was disappointed, but did not want to ruin our Lunch or embarrass anybody.

Food okay but not great. Pizza good. Lasagna and eggplant were not served hot, just warm which was kind of weird. Can't figure out the overall outstanding rating here -- it wasn't great.

While the pizza was tasty (though soggy in the middle) and the insalata mista was good, the service was subpar at the newly opened Petaluma site. From the cold encounter at the front desk, to the rushed and indifferent waiter, to the interminable wait for the check, the overall dining experience was disappointing. We noticed the couple across from us waited about 15 mins for any waiter attention before ordering. The Petaluma L'Oro Di Napoli obviously needs to bring its staff...
