Heard the fountain and wandered over, someone's abuelita is making tortillas out front Fri-Sun. We sat outside for the water feature and great weather. Offered guacamole upon seating which came promptly with salsas. Next was a small bean dip with one flour, one corn fresh off the grill tortillas...YUM! Changed my order from tacos to fajitas to enjoy more fresh tortillas and try both steak and carnitas. Also tried carne asada plate which was great! There's beer and wine, plenty of tables for all sized parties inside and out, and a chips and salsa bar inside. Bathroom is wheelchair accessible one room bathroom with 1 stall. No steps to access restraunt or restroom, room to maneuver throughout restaurant without barriers to bathroom, as long as it's not crazy crowded.
Service was excellent. Did was delicious. Upbeat festive music and decor. I'm excited to go back and try fish tacos.

I had lunch with my sister yesterday and was very disappointed in the service. We ordered the fajita meal and split it between the two of us. The meal arrived without any serving utensils and came with only 3 tiny tortillas for the 2 of us. I had to ask two times to have additional tortillas brought to us and when we got them our meal was cold. Additionally no one ever came over to ask how things were or if we wanted more water. I have dined here frequently over the years but was so unhappy with the attitude of the serving staff that I won’t be back.

Service was off and that’s 1/2 of the experience. When we were sat that asked if we would like to order guacamole with our chips. They brought out guacamole, no chips. We asked for chips, no chips. Ordered drinks, and they finally brought out this tiny bowl with about 6 chips in it. I just bought a big bowl of guacamole and they had a hard time bringing the chips. We kept asking and asking and everytime they would bring this tiny bowl with 6 or 7 chips. I finally told my wife I was going to walk next door to grocery store to buy chips. The food my wife and daughter ate was great, the guacamole was great, the service was not. I don’t understand why they made me work so hard to get darn chips!!

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with this restaurant when ordering takeout. It seems they prioritize dine-in orders heavily, which resulted in a long wait - over 30 minutes - without receiving my food, while multiple tables that arrived after me were already being served.
I understand that dine-in customers may come first, but the imbalance was excessive. If you're thinking about ordering takeout or delivery, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. It’s disappointing to feel overlooked as a paying customer.

I had Los Tres Chiles cater a bachelorette party for 20 people and their service was second to none. Not only did I cancel on them and then re-order from them, they also changed the quote multiple times because of some vegetarians in the group. They did all this WITHOUT complaint and got back to me in a timely manner with all my annoying questions about the food! They arrived on time, suggested where they should set up so as not to damage the rental property, set everything up perfectly and the food was DELICIOUS! There was SO much of it we could have eaten left overs for a week!! Thank you to Abel and his catering and delivery crew - can't find enough good things to say about them! Definitely would recommend and will DEFINITELY be ordering again from them!

I live near Los Tres Chiles so it's convenient. I like the flavors of the food I've ordered however they never get my order right. I've tried in person, phone & online. I don't have a complicated order, maybe it's just bad luck. This will be the last time I order from them. It's disappointing to never get what I order.

We used Los Tres Chiles to cater my wife’s 40th surprise birthday! They were on time with delivery, helped set up the food, and flexible about returning everything!
The food was incredible! The Al pastor was a hit, the portions were generous today the least, and no one left the party hungry! Thank you!

The mole enchiladas were fantastic, would definitely visit again 😋
Food was phenomenal. The food came out quickly and was delicious. The chips and salsa were so good. The service was absolutely great, they went above and beyond. Definitely will recommend this place in the future. The decorations were fun and authentic.
No flavor ☹️ the cilantro didn’t even have flavor . Tastes like onion and corn tortilla
Love this place. Been here 3 or 4 times now and the food is always excellent. Beautiful setting inside, and nice tables outside when the weather is good. We'll be back, often.
Well it wasn’t mix up order why is 3 options every restaurant that I order super burrito comes with guacamole and pico de gallo I don’t know why you guys have a 3 options?? A mean regular burrito with cheese beans and rice and meat? And super burrito with just a splash of sour cream and no guacamole and pico de gallo???this is ridiculous well I will never order from you guys anymore and not recommend either
