I used to go here frequently as a student at Montgomery high, right next door. However I've been made aware of a friend who works there dealing with unwanted harassment. They are a 17yr old female and have been dealing with a coworker RYAN, who is in his 30s!! He's been closely inappropriate to and around/involving them. He was reported to management but since he hasn't had any mentioned* earlier instances reported they don't want to believe it and deal with the actual problem. They're asking her to switch stores, A 17 YEAR OLD, instead of the 30 YEAR OLD MAN who has been harassing her. PLEASE HELP TO GET THIS TO STOP NOW

I like this supermarket. Neat and clean. Good and friendly vibe amongst the staff.

Better produce than Safeway for once. Time for Safeway to step it up

This lucky’s supermarket does a terrible job of rotating their items. Shopped there last weekend and nearly every item was near or past expiration date. Customer service is terrible. I highly recommend going somewhere else for your groceries.

Just had the worst experience at the Montgomery village Lucky's in Santa Rosa California. This isn't the first time that I've gone in and can't find items that I've needed. But what is worse than that is there is not one staff member on the floor. Because I don't want to bother anybody and I want to try and figure it out by myself I literally walked around the entire store up and down every single aisle two times to try and find somebody to help me find coconut flakes. They were not in the baking aisle and they were not with the dried fruit. I will never go back to that Lucky's again as this is the second time that there was not one employee on the floor that could help me. This is exactly why people shop at Trader Joe's.

Employee yelling at senior because your system doesn't have current prices. Asked 3 times for help using self checkout, ignored.Only 2 cash registers open nearly every time we've gone.No sale items for meat displayed on day it's supposed to be sold according to ads.No help in any of the aisles and no help in the meat department, 4 p.m.ZERO STARS. NEVER AGAIN. Then they wonder why nobody shops there.

I usually shop at Safeway but I just moved down the street from Luckys and I thought I would try them out to see if I like it. While getting all the stuff I need because I just moved and I need all the basics so spending like $300 at the grocery store at one point I picked up some antibiotic lotion and Band-Aids but before I checked out I realized I had gotten too much and I put some things back. I'm at the counter checking out using EBT with about 10 people standing around waiting and the man checking me out asked me about the non-EBT items that I took. Excuse me?! You're watching so closely you know exactly what I picked up but you're not watching closely enough to see me put it back? And it's worth it for you to accuse me in front of a bunch of strangers of stealing five dollar Band-Aids when you obviously just don't know? If you're gonna accuse someone of some thing like that you should be pretty damn sure. They obviously stereotype single mothers using EBT as thieves, which I'm not. And I would hope that a huge chain like that if a woman came in and was struggling on EBT and couldn't afford a pack of Band-Aids for her kids and was forced to steal them that they would maybe show her a little bit of kindness and not publicly humiliate her. Fortunately for me they're the ones who looked d*** and fortunately there's a lot of other choices in this neighborhood to grocery shop at so I never have to go there again. Having such a bad experience at a grocery store and makes me grateful and more aware of how wonderful pretty much every other grocery stores employees are. Boycott luckys!
