It was announced on Sunday 05-22-22 this business location has permanently closed.... no big loss. Plenty of other downtown restaurants who offer better customer service.

Wonderful experience, glad they have opened back up at this location! Had some drinks and snacks at the bar. Thank you Zoe for the fantastic service.

Excellent customer service. I felt very welcomed. Food is with a doubt 10/10. Our server was named Brook and she was very nice and provided delightful service. Overall I feel that my experience here was 10/10 and I will definitely come back here again.

Elysse L. Contacted me recent about the last review I left. The review was meant for Brooks Rd. But she says I left it for 4th Street. It's nice that a grand daughter of Mary would take the time to respond. Since my review I've bought probably 6 pizzas from Mary's, three from Mombo's and four from Costco. So it looks like the Windsor folks are getting the message~Mebbe. I've thrown up my hands and resigned myself to the fact that when they get it right, although no XL, $32 for three toppings! and still borderline skimpy, it's still the style my family likes. The price of everything is going up. I've retired now and I'm watching my spending a bit more. That said, Good Pizza is a necessity of Northern California life to me, as much as good IPA, Racer5, Great Lager, Tremor, and good wine, Forestville, Pasalaqua...I'm giving them 3 stars because of the "getting there", status. I'll be going there soon again and if they keep getting it better I will revise. Funny, I was just talking with my in-laws yesterday about this topic before the Niner game against the Packers yesterday. I mentioned Joey's and how it's kinda out of the way from Larkfield. Ya know, I'm kinda craving them. I think tomorrow I will revisit. Ciao for now!

Such a excellent, diligent and honest person in his works was God sent to me, finally I came across the best binary expert and her good works help change my standard of living, you should also give Mrs Cathy Frederick a try and invest with her, I invested $1,000 and got $11,250 in less than a week.

The food was good, the service was bad. My wife and the kids and I enjoyed the food. However, this place was just shut down by the health department for a cockroach infestation, water leaking through the ceiling right above the ice maker, and and over loaded deep freeze with lid not closed all the way. This is a link to the Heath Department's report for this location: Be safe everyone!

Loca in downtown Santa Rosa, Mary's offers pizza, pasta, salad and a variety of starters. We had a Hawaiian pizza which was covered in toppings and had a perfectly done crust.

Great service and predictable, good food that's the same every time. There's a reason they do such a good business ?.

This place just has a bad energy. It's so unwelcoming and dank inside, like a warehouse without a purpose. It's smack in the middle of downtown, so you might as well plan on walking a block or two with all of your pizza etc., to your car, cuz there is never any parking. I ordered two large pizzas, no extra toppings and two orders of poor quality, chicken wings, that smelled like they had been cooked in old oil. $92! The pizzas were both forgettable, no one said, "great pizza"....there are too many other choices, avoid this one.

First time at Mary's. Loved the food and Zoe was the best server. Highly recommend the meatballs and the Margaritas!!!!

Great consistently good pizza. I always get the Toto's meat combo and I am never disappointed. Their Mary's salad is awesome and always fresh. Garlic bread is oh so garlicky and yummy and we always order a whole loaf.

Only reason there are 2 stars at all is because the host was nice. We got here yesterday with my 89 year older grandpa and, unfortunately he forgot his mask. Instead of letting him walk 3 steps from where he was to the table, the manager said "we will have to seat you outside, is that ok?" .... He's 89, and it's 61 degrees outside with a 50% chance of rain... no, that's not ok. Keep in mind.... Once you're seated, you can take your mask off. Picture this while kids, on the other hand, about 10 are running around the whole restaurant maskless. We were appalled. He ended up letting him sit down after giving us massive amounts of attitude and the waitress continued being extremely cold the whole time. You wanna be an illogical sheep - fine. But when you become a heartless human - yikes.

Don’t even bother. The staff ignores all patrons coming into the restaurant and then say there’s a 25 minute wait when the place is empty. Ridiculously poor customer service. Will not return.
