Long day so I went through the drive through after 8. Paid for a buffalo ranch chicken and got a sandwich that had been sitting under a heat lamp all day. Dry hardened and tough. It gave me diarrhea for 4 days. My hemorrhoids were bleeding all next week. I won't be going back to this location.

This McDonald's consistently messes up with the app. They add your code then reset your order so you cant use your app code for 15 mins or just pay full for your food. They dont apologize or try to make it right when they knew its them who messed up. I haven't had this issue at any other location.

At one time I had to wait 45 minutes for a food order that I made on mobile app and paid for and when I got there my food still wasn't ready ask what time to see if my food is ready and they still couldn't find my food

I’m really disappointed with my recent visit to this McDonald’s. The person working at the drive-through window was very rude, even though the mistake was on their side. On top of that, the chicken in my burger was dark brown, which makes me think the grill isn’t being cleaned properly. This is not the quality or service I expect from McDonald’s. I hope management addresses these issues so customers can have a better experience.

McDonald's might be corporate, but the people in it are not. And the ones that this one were super nice to me today. I had a free french fry for my birthday, today is not my birthday but I had to hit the deadline haha, so I went in and got my free french fries, and told them that they were for my birthday. They got so excited they gave me a free ice cream cone. That was so sweet. The food was delivered to me at the counter in a timely way, the place was spotless, every worker was professional. I use their app almost exclusively, they had a 50 cent double cheeseburger special, cuz it's burger day or something, so I got that and one other cheap cokes. In 15 minutes you can use another special and I was just done eating. That's when I got my free fries. All told I had a full meal for like $2.

The manager of this place need to be fired. I’ve been in the drive-through for over 30 minutes, which is the only reason I am writing this review and all the employees are smart asses who think they’re doing things correctly and clearly they’re not. I got one burger because I am in a rush to get to my job as a first responder Which I am now late for this McDonald’s location needs to be shut down immediately. I can’t believe corporate allows this kind of stuff to happen, especially to a local dorst responder

I was only here for the hello kitty ninja turtles toys. I ordered 3 happy meals and asked if they had the toys, staff said they did. I come home, open the boxes and they’ve given me the Nintendo toys. What is even the point of asking? They lied. They didn’t get the sauces right either. Also why does it take 25 minutes to get chicken nuggets when you order at the restaurant?

Was using my ebt as form of payment and asked the gentleman in the drive through if I had to go in and he directed me to the last window with out taking my order. The lady at the first window didn't or couldn't answer my question either. Get to the last window to be told I had to order at the beginning. That was the reason I demoted my ranking. I will say though the guy was pleasant enough and told me to have a great day on my way out. Gas is way to expensive to have to go through a line twice though.
