It is just fast food, normal, accept that they are aggressively meat and dairy oriented. The only thing on the menu a vegan can eat is French fries or a pile of iceberg lettuce for which you paid six dollars and had them remove everything interesting. Most fast food is slightly better - at least one thing that can be actual food by tweaking slightly. McDonald's hates everything even slightly healthy?

Definitely the best McDonald we have in Sonoma county. Food is always nice and hot and DOESN’T taste like it had be reheated. There is a girl who was working the drive-thru, she informed me that didn’t have 2 strawberry pies I ordered with the app and offer to refund me the money and/ or give me additional pies(apple pies) and then come back to get the actual flavor I wanted the next day. I wasn’t worried about them not having what I ordered but I had to point out the great customer service that I was given and how nice she was as a person in general.

Mostly mobile ordering -- challenging if you are a senior. Onsite automativ ordering does not work well, confusing. Ordering at the counter okay, but staff asks 2-3 times to repeat your order. Food comes out fast. Quick, reasonable breakfast when on the road. Hits the spot!

Dont use their pay kiosk they have card readers on those and scamming smh thats santa rosa for you
The sodas here taste funny. Not sure what it is, possibly the machines aren’t being cleaned or the combination is going flat but I’ve mentioned it to the staff and they told me that’s just how they taste.
I can’t come back to this McDonald’s. It’s bad enough that orders go wrong but it’s a waste of money if everything these sell drink wise tastes like it’s diet.
I literally took one sip of my soda and threw it out just now. It’s pretty bad when it’s easier to just pay more and get a better beverage at the gas station or Taco Bell.
Avoid this location and go elsewhere your wallet will thank you

Food came out fast and was fresh. Burger even had the infamous cheese paper (melted cheese on the wrapper for those who missed those commercials back in the day). Ordered two cheese burger meal and nuggets for a friend.
Only thing in found odd was the placement of the store inside the gas station. Seemed odd to me but that's a personal preference.

We had to come in to order, we were driving from out of town and needed to stretch and pick up something quick. The lady that took our order was very nice and helpful and the food which we got at breakfast time was nice hot and fresh. If we have to drive through the area again we know that's a safe stop.
