I haven't actually been a customer at this McDonald's in a long time although I used to sort of go here regularly because of a different area I previously lived in, but I'll point out that as somebody who does delivery driving I don't seem to ever have a problem with this place. They are polite and they get the job done and they do it very quickly.

The service is terrible, my fries were cold the burgers were warm at best . The person at the counter barely spoke English , and they don't take your order at the counter. I will never eat there ever again .

This is the best McDonalds in Santa Rosa. Best staff. Best manager. Best for parking. Low wait times. Excellent service. Even friendly to the Uber and DD people unlike the Mission and Yolanda locations.
