Extremely chaotic atmosphere. Unorganized and Long delay for a salad. Food was good but the experience was not good.

Fresh tastes with fresh ingredients! We always love going to Mendocino Farms! We go regularly and their food never disappoints. The flavor combinations are well thought out and combined so well! The wait times can be a little long but they're typically busy when we go. They have nice indoor and outdoor seating. They're next door to Salt and Straw for dessert.

I didn’t eat here, but I extensively appreciate them for letting me lock up my bike on their great-idea-of-a-patent patio fencing in this rather sketchy shopping center with no bike locking structures at all. Obviously, I came for a different errand, but someday when I am not on such a tight budget I will have a meal here. Thank You

I tried the Peruvian steak sandwich and Baja Green Goddess salad. The sandwich was alright. The Baja Green Goddess salad however, was underwhelming. The disappointment was the amount of browning lettuce, otherwise the salad ingredients were decent. I was a little hopeful for this place. I'll just stick to my usual places though.

I ordered food to go and had to wait 20 mins while people who ordered after me received their orders first.it really felt like to go orders weren’t priority and being pushed to end. It happened every time i ordered food to go. Disappointing experience

Waited over 30 minutes for three sandwiches. Staff shuffling back and forth with empty hands ignoring tables needing to be cleaned for over 30 minutes.
Saw our food sitting for 15 minutes, asked if we could have it and were told no. Water cups ran out and told an employee who got one but never refilled the cups. No soap in the bathrooms. Trash cans were overflowing.
Don’t expect them to be around long.

So excited to have a Mendocino Farms in the area now. Have eaten there multiple times and had large lunches catered by them. The food is always fresh and tastes great. Lots of options for vegetarian dishes. Their catering service does an excellent job making it easy to order and the presentation is awesome. Shout out to Angelic, their catering manager, who makes sure your order is exactly what you want and that you have everything you need.

First time here and definitely not the last! Even though it was busy at lunch, ordering was quick and the place was really clean. I had the pesto turkey sandwich and it was hands down one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had, proof is in the empty tray! The fresh lemonade options were great, and the habanero chips added the perfect crunch. Highly recommend and will be back for sure.

Mendocino Farms has great food that always tastes fresh and the employees are nice BUT I have had an issue with them forgetting items multiple times. We always online order and typically don’t have time to look through the bag until we are home or back at work. I’ve had a few instances where they forget our chips and they forgot the meat for our salads. They’ve offered a refund but it’s still a bit frustrating to experience this issue multiple times.

Came here on Thursday around 5 PM. There was a decent crowd but there was plenty of seating available.
I liked that the menu was on a giant screen, so it was easy to read. Cashier was extremely friendly and took her time to walk us through options and then explain how it worked since it was our first time there.
For Dine In, once you order and find a table, to get your food, you’re supposed to scan a QR code on the table and enter the code from your receipt .
I ordered the Peruvian steak sandwich with avocado . It was surprisingly flavorful and much more filling than it looked.
My husband had the sweet peach and goat cheese salad. Don’t let the size fool you he could not finish it. There was a giant scoop of goat cheese in the middle and not evenly dispersed throughout. More a personal preference thing I liked the large chunk of cheese.
We ordered a turkey and cheese kids meal for my son. I love that it came with apple slices and a drink. He picked out the pomegranate mint lemonade and thoroughly enjoyed it.
