I always try to have a meal at Mi Tierra when I am working or watching a movie, the staff here are so wonderful and courteous, the food is fantastic and you get very generous portions. I cannot recommend them enough and will continue to return for the handmade tortillas and habanero salsa.
I only tried a couple of things. The homemade corn tortillas used for their tacos are delicious.

I ordered the Super Chimichanga, and honestly, it wasn't quite what I expected. Usually, the rice and beans are served on the side, but for some reason it only had rice on the inside with the shredded chicken and cheese. Plus, it was supposed to come with sour cream, and there wasn't any at all! I order chimichangas pretty often, and I've just never had a plate quite like this. It was a good size, which I appreciated, but it was missing some key components. I didn't complain because our plane was taking off soon and didn't have time for it to be fixed.
