I've given this place sooo many chances. The food is never how it shows in the picture there's been so many times where I order something and when I ask for it to be fixed they give me attitude and get mad. Today I went in and got watermelon and it wasnt good it was almost gummy tasting no lemon juice and I asked for extra. Made my tummy hurt. Then my husband got nachos and there was nearly any nachos cheese on it. Luckily the lady was cool and she did serve him more that was a lucky time compared to the other experiences. I like fruta better there quality is sooo much better. I wont be coming back here.

I just stopped by here with my friends for a little snack and was so excited to try the nachos. Unfortunately, the chips were way stale and the cheese was cold and gross, making the whole thing inedible. I don't think i'll be back again for those.

They have me waiting with my girlfriend who is pregnant even though I was next in line waitin, they decided to keep us waiting for no reason which is not fair, I didn't recommend this place at all.
They have the worst customer service in Sonoma County for sure

The guy working tonight 1/25/25 made my milkshake with water . it taste diluted and not creamy and really watery cookies and cream ice cream should not be tasting this water down. I can tell it was made with water instead of milk. I felt like he was annoyed, i was just asking him questions . lucky i don’t report to ice . have better customer service.

Sunday, July 21, arrived at 9:46 p.m.
And they already had the door closed but the open sign was still on. I knocked on the door and the girl was cleaning and ignored me. (There wouldn't be). I stayed outside and other clients arrived, a girl knocked on the door and from my car I saw the worker near the door and she also ignored the client who was knocking on the door. A few more minutes another 2 people arrived and were also ignored. The open sign will be turned off until 10:02 p.m.

Is this poor customer service because there is no one where you can complain?

Bad presentation and bad service because they make wrong order.
They make a mistake in my order and I ask that it be replaced with the correct one and they give me bad service, very large pieces, I placed the order there and it leaves because I complain, please give good service, businesses live off of customers, thank you.

I ordered a pineapple-flavored shaved ice thinking it was going to be natural fruit but it turned out to be pure syrup and the truth is, nothing like what I expected, that's not Michoacán

Bad customer service , food is not that good got the hot Cheetos corn cup the hot Cheetos were really hard like they been opened and sitting for a really long time

Ordered esquite, it was good. 4.68 reg and with hot cheetos 5.88. They have churros, ice cream and different paletas. Good service and inside was clean. Busy plaza so may be difficult to find parking. I wasn’t able to see the whole menu with prices in the place, they might still be working on how to do to that on the tvs.

Literally beyond unsatisfied. Products are nothing like advertised and their proportions are way off. I ordered two mangonadas and a banana split and they all looked disappointing. The mangonadas were not even filled the brim and they gave us like 5 cubes of mango. Maybe I went on a bad day but you're better off going to Frutas where they give you what you pay for.

Not good. My wife and I each got a scoop of ice cream and both were legit inedible. The texture was off (almost frost bitten) and the flavor was awful. Threw mine (cookies and cream) away immediately. Also, for whatever reason, while we were in there, the music got turned on to the point that I could not hear my wife who was a foot away. The whole experience was very disappointing unfortunately. This was my first time to try this place so I don’t know if that is typical experience or we caught them on the wrong night.
