I love supporting small businesses that are passionate about the products they serve. If you want to start eating healthier this is a great place for that! I stopped here on my lunch break to grab a shake. I got the vegan shake and it was delicious! Vinicius and Sierra are the owners and are kind hearted people. One of the many things that I love about this location is that in addition to providing nutritious shakes, teas, coffees, and other treats, it is also a place you can take Judo classes and other workout classes.

I'm a first-time-mom having a really hard time keeping any food down, but I took a chance with Momentum Nutrition today because I knew if I could tolerate a drink packed with nutrients, baby and I will definitely feel better! I'm so glad I did because I had a wonderful experience from the moment I walked in the door. The staff are kind people, and I was able to make an informed decision about what I ordered because I was given thorough answers to my questions. Regarding the drinks, I chose a Very Berry smoothie and a Sunrise tea! The smoothie was blended thick and creamy, but since protein powder is used, there will of course be a sandy texture present. If you're not a fan of sandy protein smoothies, I would definitely recommend choosing a flavor with bananas or a "dessert" option. I'm not a fan of sandy smoothies, but with how thick and flavorful the smoothie is, I can get past that! Lastly, the sunrise tea is so delicious, filled up high and perfectly cold. This smoothie spot was recommended to me and I am so glad to have stopped by this afternoon! The lady was so friendly and kindly explained the menu to me after I told her it was my first time here. They have many smoothies to choose from as well as their tea bomb (energy) drinks. If you order both, they actually do NOT combine them as I thought. It would be 2 separate drinks for $13 and you can get a stamp card started. I thought 2 drinks was a little much for me so I opted for 2 of their smoothies. The mango tango for my hubby and the almond heaven for myself. WOW! I am blown away by the taste, it taste so healthy! She also explained most of the smoothies were under 200 cal. The almond was creamy, with almond bits, and wasn't overly iced like most smoothies. I would definitely come back!

Refreshing, nutritious, the best tasting smoothies In Sonoma Wine Country. The team and members at the gym Crunch Fitness told me about the drinks at this restaurant. Excellent for families. Children enjoy the smoothies, hanging out, parents rest and watch movies.

I got a French toast shake and peach mango tea for $8. Staff were friendly. Both drinks looked better than they tasted. Tasted watered down. It's just scoops of herbalife powder and ice water. Save your money and buy some real food!
