The service here is horrible. The workers never smile and are just rude. I don't want to eat food made by someone that can't make eye contact or lift up there feet.

If you think people eating in the kitchen while cooking is appropriate, then please, come on in! Oh and when they burned my pizza and I asked that they remake it, I was told that this was the way it was to be served. I’ll be contacting the owners in the am. No hand washing after sneezing in the kitchen too. Very unsanitary to sneeze in your hands and then touch food.

The Diamond head pizza was amazing. If you are into pineapple on your pizza( like most normal people are lol) highly recommend that, w a large blue moon beer. Dnt forget the crushed red peppers on that pizza😋

I didn’t revive a not or any sort of alert saying my pizza was here. Waited almost 2 hours. Just left my pizza outside.

I placed an order online. I called in because I forgot a salad. The guy who picked up said to just asked for it when I got here, I told him I ordered it ahead because I needed the food ready. He insisted I did it when I got there. I asked one last time he said okay. He even adjusted the total and gave me the updated price with the salad. When I came in the salad was NOT ready. While waiting I saw someone getting ranch ready but...
She had 4 bottle of Elmers glue on the cutting board?

I called Sunday, September 14 2025 order an extra large pizza and they said that my pizza was gonna arrive in a certain time after the time passes. I called back and they said that my pizza was ordered for pick up. They need to get better.

They seem untrained when using the app for rewards. Just be aware if you can make app work, then u might miss your rewards.
