Very disappointed, first time customer, won’t be a second!Pizza very dry at 11:15 buffet had just started, yet pizza looked and chewed like it had been under heat lamp for hours. Salads I tried were good,tasty. But pizza is what is on your sign!

Went in for the lunch buffet, almost 40$ for 2 plates and 2 drinks. There was 1 other elderly couple, and my better half and I, and the pizza was extremely scarce, almost cold, and it took almost 25 min for them to swap out any of the empty pizza trays for the buffet. Like they were purposefully holding off on putting more fresh pizza out. It got to the point, where I had to leave back to work after eating a small salad, and 4 small pieces of pizza. Literally each slice is at maximum (the crust) no kore than 1inch, and was maybe 3 inches long each piece.

Buffet was stale, I understand heat laps and such but for a pizza joint you'd think the pizza would be fresher and hot. While there I watched a man wait over 40 minutes for a small personal pizza. The place needs a bit of a face lift for being on the Ave.

Today I met my dear friend for lunch I’m 64 he’s 74 we arrived at noon both had the lunch buffet special. The pizza tasted like it was old and stiff. I mentioned it to the staff. I finally made it home to Guerneville and my friend made it to Sonoma. I got sick and so did my dear friend. I call the store manager to let him know the situation, and how we both got sick. He apologized profusely. I will never go there again.Sincerely

If I was rating the food alone I would give five stars- the veggie pizza is one of my favorites. I'm sure an online order with no contacting them is fine. Service brings it down quite a bit. In particular my family and I went there (with 2 little kids) and amongst the many TVs playing at the same time overhead one of them was playing the PLAYBOY channel. Ummmm call me a prude but that's super SUPER awkward and inappropriate so I immediately asked them to turn it off at the counter. The staff gave me a slow apathetic stare, shrugged her shoulders and handed me a cardboard box of remotes and said "you can try but I don't know which one it is" then walked away. Yikes. Never went back to in house after that ordeal but over the phone ordering is roughly the same enthusiasm. They have quoted inconsistent prices from the menu online and when I asked why it was higher than the online price the person said "you should order online then" and hung up on me. I've definitely given up on them by this point, maybe other locations are better.

Horrible service. The employees are rude and disrespectful. They said the order will be ready in 20 minutes and it's been 60 minutes. The manager took offense and told me that I could just cancel my order and leave. I told him I'd they would tell me it would take 60 minutes then I would be here in 60 minutes and not 20 minutes have me waiting over 40 minutes.
