When you order something you expect to get all that you ordered. Ordered a Cliff Hanger sandwich with ham, mayo and mustard to go on the web app. I get it home to my wife, along with the mini pizza and wings that I ordered, and there's no mustard or mayonnaise for her sandwich. This made me a little angry since it was one of the things in the app that can be customized. I just ordered it regular. Not all is lost because I had some at home to add to her sandwich. But wait, there's also no potato chips! Come on, folks. It's a good thing the rest of the order was right or I'd give it one star. The food isn't cheap! I expect better.

The outside looks nice but it's in kind of a crappy neighborhood. The inside is also nice with a cute patio. They also have their own large parking lot. The workers were friendly but none of them could make a cocktail even though there was a full bar so I went with a Cranberry vodka but they didn't even have plain cranberry juice. The pizza and salad bar was good but they don't use bail so you can't get a margarita pizza. Just seems strange to me to have a pizza place with no basil service was slow as far as how long it took to get our pizzas. I'd probably would give even less stars since they couldn't make me a drink I wanted and couldn't make the pizza I wanted but like I said the workers were friendly and the pizza and salad bar I did get were pretty good except they also didn't have any vinaigrette for the salad.

I normally do not leave negative or bad reviews (and you can look at all my reviews) but this location and their pizza service is horrible. I bought a pizza to go and one hour and 20 minutes later I walked away without a pizza. I was very patient as I alway am… but they lost my order in their process. The young lady walked past me many times and did not even attempt to check up on me. I am not from California and was looking for a good pizza place sad part is I will never set foot in Mountain Mike Pizza. You are better off going to #littlecesars and buying a pizza for a third of the price and getting it in 15 minutes with exceptional customer service!!!

If you place a three pizza order and they say ready in 20min you give 30 due to drive there it should be done . Guess again had to wait an additional 15min , no hey so sorry or hey can I offer a drink while you wait. Just let us sit and wait . Disappointed who ever takes order should know a Better time line how ever they are NOT even local who take orders.

I just had a gluten free McKinley delivered. I had to call the manager to tell them how incredibly good that pizza is. I have to be gluten free & in those long 10 years all I wanted was a friggin pizza that had a crispy crust & delicious toppings. Thank you Mountain Mikes on Cleveland! You certainly delivered (no pun intended)

I work for a lady who is wheelchair bound and last night she ordered a pizza was told 21.99 they could not find her apartment I finally went out to the street to give directions they told me 41.99 they charge her 20 over the amount for delivery which should be free So think about it next time you want to order a pizza from people who takes advantage of disabled people...I have been going to mountain Mike's for many years I will never use these RIP offs again as these disabled people are so low income.. ?
