The food is pretty good but the prices are getting really high and the quality might be going down just a little bit. I would get it more often If it was a few dollars cheaper and a little better but they always have someone nice working. The restaurant is almost always empty and I feel like if they had better prices and still really good quality they would have more business.

We stumbled upon Noodle Palace while on a road trip, and their Vietnamese noodle dishes did not disappoint! The Spicy Beef Noodle Soup was spicy, flavorful with a hint of cinnamon or something similar, and came with plenty of beef, unlike many spicy beef soups that are heavy on noodles and light on beef. My girlfriend loved the vegetarian vermicelli noodle bowl with tofu, egg rolls, and shredded vegetables.

My favorite restaurant in Santa Rosa. Great pho. Best Vietnamese curry hands down. Get the yellow! Also the Beef Special Combo and all the apps are great. Always chill, prices cant be beat.

I havebeen eating spicy food but boy this was horribly spicy. I couldn't eat any of it. Like any of it! Whne the server asked me why I am not eating I said soo spicy he laughs and says yeah it is. When I got up to pay the bill he is like is it your first time here? I said yes. He says ohh that's why. Otherwise everybody knows we make the spicy food extra spicy. And I am trying to pay and find somewhere else to eat cause we are so hungry. This server is kept telling me how it's my fault. He could have change the food, he didn't. He knew it was spicier than regular Asian restaurants, he should have told me that.We also ordered chicken chow mein. It didn't even taste fresh.

Unpretentious reasonably priced good variety on their menu it's an Asian fusion with Vietnamese and Thai food. It's more than just noodles, variety of noodles and short ribs, for Vietnamese you can get the vermicelli combo B22 rules ?

Food is disgusting no taste and fried pompano is very salty and not fresh. I asked for hot water but they gave hot tea and they charge me. I asked for the receipt but the receipt she gave me was not the food were eating. I complained but she told me to wait because she needs to entertain another customer. We wish we didn't come to this place, it was a terrible experience.
Great beef noodle soup. Had rare steak and meatball. Will be back. :)

I love their sandwich but have to post this review to caution others when ordering their Pad Thai. I ordered light spice. I even wrote 'please' and 'thank you' in my request. Instead, I received an order that was so covered in chili flakes, no amount of scraping could remove them. Even underneath the top layer, there was so much chili flakes in the entire dish, it was as if someone had dumped the bottle of flakes in the Pad Thai. For over $17 and a 20% tip using Uber Eats, I expected a simple request to be honored.
