Completely disappointed with the service. We drove in from another area and won’t be back. The service was very disappointing. We were greeted by the cooks when we walked in, but when we sat down, we noticed the new table-side computer system. I asked a staff member for assistance and had a question about one of the rolls, but she simply pointed to the kiosk and walked away. We got up and left. What’s frustrating is that they still bring menus to the table but refuse to take orders in person unless it’s placed through the kiosk. This completely changed our experience, and we will not be returning for in-person dining.

They were so warm and welcoming. We came in with a group of six and everyone's food was delicious with large portions. They gave us a free desert for the table, as well! It's only a short walk from my friend's house, so we'll definitely be coming back when in Santa Rosa again.

Food cost more than menu said. Not sure how this place managed a better rating than Paradise sushi a few blocks away, which I’ve enjoyed many times. The roll and appetizer I tried were not worth ordering again. The app was $1 more on the bill than listed price. Miso soup was the only good thing. That and the amazingly delicious tempura fried Oreo they give for free with the check; a nice touch. Atmosphere and service were fine but it was pricey considering the quality (nearly $30). Overall it was average at best and not worth a return with Paradise so close.

Was encouraged to check out O Sushi when passing through the area. While it is definitely not in a "fancy" location don't let that discourage you. Once inside the environment was great along with the food and service. If ever passing through the area again we would definitely check it out again!
Amazing Food! Brought the Korean menu over from Tov Tofu - so had to make sure they were doing it justice - and they knocked it out of the park! Will be back on the regular.

Had a Caliente roll and a Salmon roll, this fish was very fishy and pretty soft like it had been out for too long. My lady got tuna nigiri which was very dark for tuna, her new mexico roll was pretty good. Server was nice and atmosphere was fine. Recommend sticking to the cooked stuff nothing fresh.
And then when i got home i got sick. So review edited.
