Nice food court but this place had old food in their food trays! When asked how old the food was, and if they could make a fresh batch, the server could not understand English when she called over the manager, she said no more food being made tonight. I was with a friend who ordered something else, and as we sat there eating, we saw them make fresh food. Not sure what the problem was, but evidently they didn’t like being asked whether the food was old or not. It was dried out pork, and it looked like it had been sitting there for days compared to the other food in the tray which looked recently made. Also, the servers were not wearing gloves. I thought it was the standard of food service these days for everyone to have glove on their serving hand evidently not here! Don’t think I’ll be going back.

Was in the mall for birthday shopping when my dad was gonna get Philly cheese steak and i saw this place and the guy was super nice and was like hey its free man and let me try all the chicken flavors and i was sold the foods super good and the guys super nice, hes a marketing genius. 10/10 would recommend!

Staff were really kind. Wait time for food was quick. Had the teriyaki chicken, it was nice and savory. My only criticism is that it was a little bit oily for me. Nonetheless I loved the food and staff. Would go there again and recommend it to friends.

So when I was shopping at the mall? I saw in the food court there little restaurant in the cited to try it out... The server give me a sample of their spicy chicken and I loved it. So what I did was order there 2 meat Combo with rice, Chow main, spicy chicken, and barbecued pork. I also had a craving for udon noodles an ordered upon chicken soup. The soup only took 5 minutes to cook. It was served in a very large bowl end. It had broccoli, green onions, and what looked like bok choy. The noodles were cooked perfectly the broth was good. The chicken was good for essentially Japanese fast food. I have no complaints... If you're looking for a quick bite at the food court in Santa Rosa. I definitely recommend them.

Osaka was a delicious restaurant. It’s very nostalgic because of the Japanese grill that was there many many years ago. The food is amazing the quality is superior to Panda. The cashier was very nice and the cook/owner gave a feeling of authenticity and true passion for his food.
