Was in the mall for birthday shopping when my dad was gonna get Philly cheese steak and i saw this place and the guy was super nice and was like hey its free man and let me try all the chicken flavors and i was sold the foods super good and the guys super nice, hes a marketing genius. 10/10 would recommend!

Staff were really kind. Wait time for food was quick. Had the teriyaki chicken, it was nice and savory. My only criticism is that it was a little bit oily for me. Nonetheless I loved the food and staff. Would go there again and recommend it to friends.

Christmas shopping and hot hungry... and it's soup weather-ish. I had been to the Santa Rosa Plaza in ages so decided to check on the food availability.... Discovered Osaka Japan &Grill and decided to try it, I am so glad I did!! I had their spicy seafood udon. Delicious. I will definitely come back to try other dishes.

So when I was shopping at the mall?I saw in the food court there little restaurant in the cited to try it out... The server give me a sample of their spicy chicken and I loved it. So what I did was order there 2 meat Combo with rice, Chow main, spicy chicken, and barbecued pork. I also had a craving for udon noodles an ordered upon chicken soup. The soup only took 5 minutes to cook. It was served in a very large bowl end. It had broccoli, green onions, and what looked like bok choy. The noodles were cooked perfectly the broth was good. The chicken was good for essentially Japanese fast food. I have no complaints... If you're looking for a quick bite at the food court in Santa Rosa. I definitely recommend them.

Osaka was a delicious restaurant. It’s very nostalgic because of the Japanese grill that was there many many years ago. The food is amazing the quality is superior to Panda. The cashier was very nice and the cook/owner gave a feeling of authenticity and true passion for his food.
For a restaurant in a food court. I would say this is better than most! Just around the corner is Panda Express, which since my early memories, hasn't done well at food quality. Osaka Japan, does very well at providing food you will enjoy!

Owner loves to give free samples if you're not sure on what to order, + gives large portions ( isnt afraid to give u a big ole scoop ) 20/10 better than Panda. I always get 2 plates with 2 Meats + rice and its cheaper than panda servings.

Best Beef Mami soup you can find or close to it in Santa Rosa. The flavor of the beef briskets in their soup and the egg noodles are are delicious! Beef Mami is a type of Beef Noodle soup of Filipino-Chinese origin. This is simply composed of tender beef brisket and egg noodles, boiled eggs, and other toppings which are soaked in a hot and flavorful beef stock. Beef Mami is usually sold in eateries. But Santa Rosa doesn't have such eateries that make them. Osaka Japan does not add boiled eggs to it, too bad. Their service is a 3-star rating, because of their rotating staff, resulting inconsistent serving amounts of my beef briskets. But I still crave for it whenever I'm at the Santa Rosa Plaza mall. And it's all I order!Osaka Japan is at the Santa Rosa Plaza and located strategically opposite of Panda Express. If you're really hungry for beef soup or you're looking for something similar to beef mami soups that's is rich with beefy flavor and bokchoy vegetables, I highly recommend Osaka Japan's Beef Stew. A+++

The parking lot gets full! But despite all the cars, there were still tables available inside. Atmosphere is average. The sushi was good, and my wine was amazing. (I actually recommend the crab tacos appetizer, which was my favorite thing I ate. The Cancun roll was also good.) Service was friendly but spotty, maybe because the bar was so full, even if the restaurant wasn't as busy. I would try it again if/when I was in town.

The management was extremely rude and ignorant and ignored me and my friends. We all got food poisoning and he asked our friend to provide and bring the UNTOUCHED/UNEATEN FOOD! He ignored our friend bringing a receipt that showed the full paid amount of the food but he still ignored it.
