If I could give a ZERO score I would. Placed a large $800 business order with a +48 hour notice, it was approved and they chose to cancel the order 10 minutes before it was due for delivery.We called and the person on the phone just kept telling us it would be ready by 2, which was not acceptable and then hung up on us and cancelled the order.

Panda Express has not been able to get my vote. I am a big fan of oriental/Asian food. Panda Express food always falls short on my expectations. To do full justice, I am writing this review after trying food at different locations. The noodles and rice are always too greasy. The vegetables added are too coarse and large sized. Even the veg main dish having broccoli and cabbage is too coarsely cut and is absolutely bland. I have to go there at times coz my partner wants to buy the chicken dish, else it's not a place I would like to do or recommend.. Panda Express do need to work on making their dishes more palatable; also if can, work up their vege variety.

Spend 60.00 and my plates where not even decent amounts.... Then while eating my sizzling shrimp I found a worm. That's not the protein I'm expecting on my plate!!! This Restaurant needs to WASH their VEGETABLES!!!!

This is probably my least likely and unexpected five star I've ever done. I was actually kind of scared because I was hungry and happened to be at the mall. Food court is not notorious for good food. I was judiciously assessing my options and much to my surprise Panda Express was super duper clean and the food looked very fresh. They work quick and effective. This is the best food court experience I've had in my life. Oh and also they have compostable containers which I thought was pretty dope.

The food used to be good, now it is fried corn starch on everything some way overcooked like hard little beef briquets. Served with the most obnoxious kiddy pop music at full blast right over your head. My stomach hurt after eating this stuff.

I order the bigger plate and plate and 2 cub meals. The Chow mein had more cabbage then noddles Looked like the cabbage was old . The broccoli and beef more broccoli then the beef. Broccoli was old. More yellow then green. BP steak was burnt. The eggroll was over cooked never again
