Their chowmein are two different colors in one container, half cooked and half uncooked, too dry, sticky and flavorless.
They put too much sauce in orange chicken making it exceptionally sweeter.

I usually love to get panda, but this location always disappoints me. The portions are always so small, and when I order teriyaki chicken they always give me the worst pieces of chicken. If you want panda I would recommend going to stony point, their food is top tier and give generous portions!

I had a problem with this location before with portions. They would give small amounts or put rice/chow mein under the entrees to make it look like you got more. I stopped ordering from them for a while.
But I gave them another shot and their portions are a lot better. A lot! Especially the premium items which was my main issue.
My only problem now is I will be standing at the mobile pickup with my order sitting right there and I’m ignored by every person walking by who just has to hand it to me. They purposefully look away and avoid eye contact so they don’t have to help you. Very frustrating.

A service in the food is very good. The app is a waste of time. Takes forever to load and then doesn't work anyhow. Even if you're using their Wi-Fi.
Can not complete application. When communities learn to stop stealing from the homeless they might be able to afford the services or stop applying for companies like TruConnect that can not provide services or when Social Services decides which "telecommunication company" will work for the homeless people might get numbers and not the run around. It's just what happens when government is not in charge of telecommunications and corporations are. Not everyone has phone number.
Still can't afford telecommunication services with boost, AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile unemployed.

I had to run back in and get the rest of my food. They forgot my teriyaki notice. When my food felt a little light but wasn't sure until I opened it and Heidi was extremely rude and gave me a dirty look. When I came in to tell her that she forgot to put my order in my container I will no longer giving this place business. I will be boycotting this location because of Heidi
