I used to love Panda Express a lot more when they had their vegan orange chicken and spicy eggplant with tofu and they would pack the tray to the max. I’m still hoping they bring it back at some point. The honey walnut shrimp and firecracker shrimp were also good options, but nothing will be as good as the initial vegetarian dishes they had. I did try their apple spring roll for the first time which was actually quite good and would get it again. Their veggie spring rolls and cream cheese Rangoons are still tasty as well and get that each time. The shrimp dishes are the 2nd best options. I would come again for them, but would get boring fast. I don’t recommend this place for vegetarians and it’s “ok” for pescatarians, wish they had a lot more options.Vegetarian options: Very limited options for vegetarians. They only have chow mein, fried rice, broccoli with other veggies, cream cheese rangoons, veggie egg rolls, and apple cinnamon spring rolls. It’s basically starters and appetizers and no main entree. Pescatarians in addition to this can have honey walnut shrimp and firecracker shrimp.Dietary restrictions: Somewhat decent for pescatarians.Parking: Free parking lot, shared with other stores/ chains.

I paid extra for À la cart entrée only need to get home and notice it’s not there. No fortune cookie (which is very trivial, but a huge part of the reason why I make Chinese takeout on Christmas Eve a tradition). Soggy Rangoon despite three minutes to home. And unfortunately, they didn’t give me a receipt with the code information to fill out the online survey. Hence I’m coming here maybe this was just a one time thing or maybe it wasn’t either way I’m really disappointed in this entire meal and I can’t even leave feedback to the actual organization.

Went there today. Asked for honey walnut shrimp ala carte and pot stickers. Was told that location doesn't sell pot stickers. Okay, just the shrimp then. Got to my car and realized there was no to-go cutlery in the bag so I had to go back. No signage or communication that they don't include cutlers unless asked. Got home and ate the shrimp and it was extremely soggy and did not have any of the crisp that this dish has at other stores. There were loose unbreaded shrimp all over and the breading was a soggy mess at the bottom of the box, less than ten minutes after I left the store. It always clean and nice ambiance in the store, only thing making this a two star and not a one star. Possibly the worst Panda Express I've ever been in quality and customer service wise though

Smallest portions I've received from a Panda Express. A lot of items nearly empty, although the place was devoid of customers. A lot of employees, but not much work getting done, though the food was running low.

Grandkids loved it, they got to pick out their favorite items. The power greens with Kung Pao chicken was my choice.Kid-friendliness: The server was very helpful and patient with the grandkids, helped make the meal fun.

I've been coming here for years. Tonight was the worst experience. Counter girl so disrespectful and unprofessional. Won't be back. Stony Pt staff is much more welcoming and friendly.

Always a quick decent bite to grab when I'm on the road and am really hungry. I enjoy every bite

Hard to communicate with the staff to place an order. And I know it's recession and they received the size of their take out dishes to a much smaller size as the price for an entre mil has gone up.And kind of mixed up the order a little bit with another one but that's only the second time it's happenedThe food was alright--didn't feel like cooking that night

I went in at 10:15.. wanted Kung Pao Chicken and Teriyaki Chicken.. she said.. it's 20 more minutes before it's ready.. this isn't my first time there at Santa Rosa Ave.. I go there monthly for Costco Shopping and I live in Clearlake!! The woman told me.. well we open at 10:00.. and I said.. well then everything should be ready by 10:00!! Right?? Plus she was rude and she gave her gf who does outside cleaning a free soda! I don't drink sodas anyway but she seemed more interested in her than me as a customer!! This has happened to me at least 4 other times there!!! I'm serious!!! She doesn't care!!

DONT ORDER ONLINE OR DOORDASH. I got a door dash order and they messed up Both plates. Even though the tag said orange chicken & beef - there was no orange chicken. The other plate had the complete wrong order. We also had two orders or wontons but there was no sauce at all. I called and called and called but there was no answer. When we drove to take it back we had to wait in an extremely long line. My order always seems to get messed up when ordering online, plus the no customer service or answer is frustrating.
