The autumn squash soup was so good and sandwich filled me with enough energy to continue on.

Terrible. We weren't able to place our order. A gal behind the counter was looking at her phone & said someone will be with you soon. Never looked up from her phone. Waited to place an order. A few minutes later, no one came to the counter so we walked out.

Thank you Jeremy! After our orders were messed up, he was very kind to us and helped clear up our misunderstandings. Unfortunately, one of his co-workers berated him and the rest of the staff in front of us for his kindness. This made us very uncomfortable. This coworker (short brown hair, tattoos, not Jeremy) then came up to us and questioned us passive aggressively about our food. Again, this was very uncomfortable. This is the reason for our review - we appreciate this kind older man for showing us consideration, but feel very strongly that the actions of his other coworker were unbecoming of this restaurant.

I ordered online from the Panera website for delivery from this location. My order arrived incomplete and with none of the requested modifications made to my items. There was no function to request a refund for the missing items / missing customization. I sent an email reporting the issues and Panera says it can't get back to me for five days... I tried calling the store directly and no one answered the phone.
Apparently this store just steals your money without delivering the food you order.

The food was pretty good, but the gals that were yelling out the names for people to come get their food...had at least three wrong names. My friend got called Dennis, I was called Daniel & a guy at a table next to us was called Betty. Btw, my friend & I are females & the guy they called him Betty, lol
