Paris Baguette was an important part of my childhood as a first generation Korean-American growing up in Atlanta. Now almost 40 years later, I'm so happy to have a sweet reminder of growing up in my new home in Santa Rosa!

All those employees and not one of them greets customers. Slice of cake is $9?! Before tax… wow. Better to drive to the city and go to different owned Paris. At least they are consistent with greeting

Newly opened branch of my favorite Korean bakery, I've been obsessed with cronuts and their cakes for years and super excited that finally it opened the brance right by us. Easy access parking and plenty of space to dine in.

First time trying this place, I had the raspberry almond croissant and it was tasty. Looking forward to trying more items in the future. Kudos to Sarah for the wonderful customer service at the front counter!

I'm giving this location a 5/5 stars because as someone who travels out of Santa Rosa to get baked goods such as these it's very convenient for me to just drop by, grab a coffee and a sweet treat for myself before or even after class. I'd say as a student currently attending the SRJC the atmosphere and environment is very self explanatory. (Its a CAFE.)
I get this location just opened recently so that's partly why I'm giving a 5/5. It's best to remain optimistic since it's still new but it's a great addition to Santa Rosa in my opinion as a local. Also I'm actually flabbergasted by the fact that some of the reviews here say that they didn't know what to do when there's legitimately trays right next to the front door. It's self explanatory enough, get tray, get parchment paper, get tongs, get goodies, and pay up front. Tangent aside I'm blessed that we have this option so close to the SRJC but it makes me miss 85 Degrees hopefully we get one soon...

The store opened at 6:00. As of 6:15, most of the pastries were still not stocked on the shelves. What's the point of opening at 6:00 if you are not ready to sell?
Follow up a week later. At 6:45 this morning, 22 of the pastry items were not available. That represents approximately 50% of the possible pastry inventory. Clearly visible were rolling pastry racks with trays of pastries which had not been put out. There doesn't appear to be any improvement.

I grew up with Paris Baguette in Korea. I was really excited that this bakery opened near me saving trips to the city.
Very disappointed on first visit- my favorite peanut crumbles breads were so dry, chewy and had no soft texture. It didn’t taste freshly baked but like leftovers from previous days..

Great place to pick up unique pastries.Pretty affordable considering they are a specialty business. Looks like they take pride in the presentation and uniformity of they food they make.

Food is great, the mostly self serve is a welcome feature. The music although good, is far too loud combined with the soft spoken younger generation at the counter doing their best to help take our coffee orders and pay.
It would be nice to turn down the tunes a bit to hear my own thoughts while enjoying the amazing array of pasteries and other offerings.
You’re a welcome addition to Santa Rosa and hope to see you often!

I thought the layout was quite nice and a pleasant setup to sit and have breads or coffee. Having said that I was very disappointed in both the quality of the partridge and the price was absurd. $5.65 for a donut is nuts. At that price I would expect amazing real French breads and pastries. Wrong. I won’t be back.

The pastries are self-serve. Anyone is touching them or spitting on them. Then the staff leaves racks of new pastries uncovered right in the customer waiting line, so everyone is standing next to them leaving hairs and spit (it's inevitable) before they even get placed in the self-serve cases.
This place is definitely a health code nightmare waiting to happen.
Lots of staff look lost. Clearly still learning.
Do not recommend.
Better pastries elsewhere anyways.
Too bad.

Picked up some delicious bakery goods today. Sooo good! So excited to have you guys in Santa Rosa. I gave two stars because of the customer service I received. I waited in line for 15 minutes to be rang up. No big deal. There was a dark haired lady that looked maybe middle eastern. She was very rude and shouldn’t be working in customer service at all. She didn’t greet me with a smile or hello, or anything. She was very short with me, and I just bought $40 worth of baked goods. I said thank you when I left and she didn’t even respond. Put her in the back rolling dough or something because she ain’t it!

The pastry looks amazing. I had a cream filled doughnut/crossiant. Beautiful light and not too sweet. I hope they continue to improve the cashier speed, they are still training the servers and it took too long to pay in a self serve type shop. If they can work that out then they do well. You pay for high quality pastry in the french style, but I also expect fast service to make it worth the visit.
