I went to the downtown Peet's today and was disappointed that in their new remodel they did not include electric outlets for Public Access in many spaces. Also there were three men with all their belongings including tents in the cafe, not drinking coffee and yelling at customers. Will not return.

I have always enjoyed going to this location of Peet's Coffee & Tea, but today was particularly wonderful! The young lady that helped me around 11:50 a.m. was not only extremely friendly and asked how my day was, she made my drink exactly the way it should be made and I'm very grateful for that! Peets usually does a good job of making it exactly how I like but she hit it out of the ballpark today.

This place will surprise you. The service was very helpful and observant. Kinda of like a restaurant in Los Angeles I loved to visit.
