This restaurant has been my favorite in Santa Rosa for 20 years. I guess the austerity of the new world disorder has prevailed. The seafood pho had only 7 pieces of seafood and traditional spices (star anise for one) had obviously not touched the broth. The were out of basil, blaming on supplier, If the cared they would have gone to Pnom Pehn market a few blocks away and bought enough to serve with 30 bowls for the price they charge for 1, I will be seeking a new favorite Vietnamese...
Best phó in santa rosa, that is my opinion u don't have to agree. They have the correct chili with the seeds in it and that's tantamount to me. Sriracha doesn't go good in pho. They have Sriracha too tho. The server is dope he always does a fantastic job.
Tried this for the first time after our last pho place disappointed us. Was highly recommended by a lot of people online and it did not disappoint.
