Ordered my pizza by phone and the wait was going to be 30 mins. That’s fine. I get there and the place is empty not busy at all and they haven’t made my pizza yet or they gave it away, so I had to wait an additional 20 mins for my pizza. They didn’t offer a discount or anything just shrugged and said sorry. Customer service is garbage.the fact it was slow and they still messed up. Not coming back. Not worth the 30$ mediocre pizza.

Pizza at this store is just disgusting. Other Pizza Guys have not been an issue. Only Piner Rd Pizza Guys. XL bacon pizza was Very dry, lacking sauce and over cooked. Looked like a cheese pizza that had bacon tossed on top & was re-cooked. Xl Pineapple and Canadian bacon had pieces of onion & mushrooms mixed in. 40 minute delivery took over an hour and pizza was literally room temperature cold. Store refuses to follow policy & refund. Over $50 on inedible pizzas. Reported to BBB Caution at this DUMP.

This was my first time ordering, and when I opened the pizza box, I wasn't impressed with the presentation. On the first bite, the crust was the first thing to hit my taste buds, and it was terrible. I also ordered wings, which had so much fat that they were of poor quality as well. This will be my first and last visit.

If I could give a negative review I would. I ordered a pepperoni trio stuffed crust for my family with additional toppings. When it arrived it had NO pepperoni on it. NONE!!! When I called I said I would pick up the correct order and they REFUSED to remake it as well as refuse to refund my money. When I asked to speak to the manager/owner who was telling the girl in the phone what to say they hung up on me. For the record I was not rude or belligerent but I was clear that I was angry they made such an outrageous error and then refused to fix it.

I love how immaculate the interior of the store is and also enjoy the calming jazz music playing. The service is superb. The veggie pizza that I customized was sensational and especially love the crust. However, the Mediterranean salad fell short. I’m not sure why it’s called Mediterranean, as it was just iceberg lettuce with some black olives
It's a great place and I'm craving more only problem is the price.
