Good pizza! Ivan at the cashier was very friendly. Part of my order fell on the floor and he inmediately apologized and asked to wait somentime to get a new one. It was not.a big deal cause he was friendly and provided a great service ? thanks!

Drive the extra 15 minutes to the Rohnert Park location. It’s WAY WAY better. The pizza here is always over cooked and they never answer their phone. The Rohnert Park location is an actual business that answers their phone.

Pizza was delivered by a very loud man who completely disregarded our Extremely evident, “Please Don’t Knock” sign. Which then set off all of our dogs and disturbed people inside. He expected me to come out and get it, he was way too close during a pandemic and when I asked him why he knocked, he said...”Well how else will you know it’s here?” I don’t know genius? I can look out my window?!? Pizza was so so and our extra mushrooms and garlic crust were nowhere to be found. Ugh.

I generally go to Pizza Hut because I have a craving for their mediocre pizza on an otherwise delicious pan crust. My order today, 5/9/2020, I ordered a large supreme Pan Pizza, but was called saying they didn't have large pan dough ready. Fine medium it is and the store was nice enough to carry over the online deal to the medium pizza from the large. The reason for one star is when I asked for cheese and red pepper packets I was told I could buy little shakers of them; they no longer offered complementary cheese or red pepper packets. How cheap can you be Pizza Hut? You're pizza is fine, but for a few bucks more I can get much better pizza and free cheese and red pepper with my order at many other local pizzerias. I won't be back for this fact alone. May your location die a slow death like so many other businesses in that Stony Point center.

Placed an order on line for 5pm. 20 min later I received a call from some guy saying that they will not be open until 6 so if I want to call back and place the order then I could. I asked about a refund since we did not want to wait until that late to order. He had no clue and said he wasnt told that we had paid already and would have to talk to the manager when he comes back???? What the heck???? This establishment is a joke. It needs new management and until this happens we will take our business to pieology.

Horrible customer service! Do not support snu company that mistreats their customers and have no regard to following corporate policy. Not only was I overcharged ($40 for 1 pizza), but once made aware of the issue, this location tried to road block me from contacting any level of management to allow them enough time to cover it up.

This is the PERFECT pizza hut for all you pizza lovers that just HATE all that pesky stuff on top of the pizza! The only other time I tried this place they took my online order and was apparently closed because they wouldn't answer the phone and never showed up. I think we're done, hun.

Okay, the pizza itself was pretty good (even though it wasnt exactly what we ordered). Everything else about this visit was pretty f'd. Ordered online and was told it would be about 20-30 minutes, so we made a quick stop at the grocery store. We arrived at 'the Hut' at about the 30 minute mark, only to be told "oh, here's your order - we're just about to start on it". So we waited....and waited. The 'lobby' is very dark as they choose to not turn on the overhead lights above the front counter - or maybe they dont work??. We waited some more and watched as another customer who was waiting finally was given his order (also done online), only to be told that he hadn't paid for the freaking sodas that he was given. Customer said they were on the order, but the worker dude said "yeah, but you havent paid for them" - even though he had paid for the pizza. Whatever.... And pretty much the whole time we were there the phone is ringing and ringing and ringing...and ringing. Not the kind of ringing that you get when there are lots of orders coming in, but the kind of ringing you get when they refuse to answer the phone. So we kept waiting and we can hear them finally getting our order going, and once they started it didnt take TOO long. Get home only to find that the pizzas were not thin crust as ordered. Again...whatever - we finally had our food. They ask us if we wanted any parmesan or peppers to go with, we said 'sure, some parmesan please', and he says they're $1.00 each. Wouldn't the time to add things that you're going to be charged for be when paying for the pizzas?? And when did they start charging for this?? Lot's of other options out there - won't be going back here.

Pre-ordered a pizza to be delivered at a specific time. It’s currently over an hour past that time. Still no pizza. And, when I try to call the phone rings and rings with no answer. Is this place even still open?
