Very clean and nice and great food

There is zero urgency or chill at this place. I ordered on the app 20 minutes before I arrived, when I pulled up to the drive thru I waited behind the car in front of me for 5 minutes because they had been told to wait. When I was up they told me to pull to the window, then I was told go park and come in because my order wasn't done. I didn't want to get out of the car because I had a sleeping small child in the car and waking him up wasn't an option. I was then left at the window for a few minutes and then told to go around. Probably so their wait time clock could be reset. No one was behind me so I literally did an unimpeded loop. The food was then ready.

Edit as response to owner response: I did order on the app before getting here. I ordered from Costco and then drove over. I don't live in the area, I was on a road trip.

Great spicy chicken, beans and rice, and biscuits! Delicious southern style food with carry out convenience!

I would give them 3.5 stars. The chicken sandwich is surprisingly good. Large piece of chicken, crispy and moist. I don't like their shrimp it is usually over cooked.

It always seems like you are troubling them they walk around as if they don't want to be there and you can just see it that they just don't care will never go back there and don't recommend anybody going there with all the bad reviews make sure you read them first the company says they are sorry and hope to make it better but with all the bad reviews and the service is staying the same it's obvious that they are not doing anything

Disrespectful & Unprofessional low low low The service at Popeyes Louisiana kitchen in Santa Rosa on Sebastopol Rd is terrible. They were people that pretended like they didn’t understand was I was telling them, gave me to another person to talk to and then finally what sounded like a young guy who was super unprofessional disrespectful bad at communicating and called me a 55 yr. Old, bro and then just hung up on me. Their restraint and employees need an audit done. Because their district Magee needs to know about their behavior. I’m also gonna call BBB of Santa Rosa . That’s how disrespectful they are . What’s bad is their food is good but their service ruins it. I give them five thumbs down👎👎👎👎👎 that’s my rating for this store.

I'm not one to write a review, usually don't have time nor do I think anyone will read it from Popeye's but I have to say something. First and most disappointing is the food is usually great but service at Santa Rosa site is been an issue. Second time I've been there and got the wrong items on a take out drive though, spent 31 bucks and received the wrong order. I ordered a 3 piece mild and got a sandwich and it was spicey. plus had to remind server to give our drinks and server also failed to put any napkins or sporks in bag. And one time I'm willing to forgive but twice is just not acceptable and not to mention pricy for not getting what you ordered. They need some good management and training...Hope this makes it too some one who cares from organization...Thanks

Order's never right also always missing an item and rude when you tell them

Had to get something for Fat Tuesday!! Food was ready at the posted pick-up time.

Order wings for delivery got the wrong order call the store and told them I got the wrong order they told me they can't do anything about it they sent me garlic and I told them I am allergic to garlic but I guess they didn't care I explain that I am 30 mins away but they tell me I have to come to the store in person after they deliver the wrong meal so I have to go without lunch today until I get off work at 8 pm

Save your money. Popeyes chicken is delicious, but the staff at this location always helpless. They will mess up your order.

Food is pretty much always good, but some of the service is really rude. The gentleman helping me today just took my card, practically threw my bag of food at me and just left the drive through, I didn't even get the receipt. I also asked for Louisiana Sauce and he threw sticky and stuck sauce packets in the bag... Sorry if you're having a rough day dude, but I just wanted a sandwich after a long day at work. 😢

My boyfriend went to this location and had a really bad experience. They left the cheese wrapper on his chicken sandwich! He tried to contact them, but no one answered. They also barely put any bacon on the sandwich.
