My boyfriend went to this location and had a really bad experience. They left the cheese wrapper on his chicken sandwich! He tried to contact them, but no one answered. They also barely put any bacon on the sandwich.

Honestly so shocked with the service I received got 8 tenders in a meal and they only gave me 3 sauces. Charged me 40$ then asked me to pay for additional sauces when they only gave me 3. Lady was rude started speaking in Spanish talking about me asking for more even after I paid for them. Wouldn’t recommend coming here to get treated like this let alone get charged and got even get enough sauces

I had a really disappointing experience with both the food and the service and by the looks of their rating here, I can see why.

First, the chicken sandwich was completely drowned in Mayonnaise, making it impossible to enjoy. It was overwhelming and ruined what could have been a good experience. It was more like a mayonnaise sandwich with a side of chicken. Im not sure what everyone was waiting in the line for when it made its debut, but then again it probably wasnt made like that.

On top of that, the service was incredibly poor. Not only did the staff seem uninterested and bothered, the daytime "manager" was extremely combative and argumentative regarding our other meal we were sending back for a refund. I was nothing but nice and polite so not sure where all the attitude came from.

To pay this much for fast food, it shouldnt be too much to ask to not be so annoyed and argumentative like the refund is coming out of your personal check. If you dont want to be in a customer service position, go where you are a better fit.

Overall, it was a frustrating experience and I wont be coming back.

We order from them through the website, got our order went back to hotel, n order was wrong, it was missing 4 pcs chix from the 8 piece family pac and instead of regular chix the gave ghost pepper wings , call the worker, and he said to come down and they will fix it, I told them I won't me there until the morning, when I got there, they had no notes to my conversation with the employer, but girl on duty made it right. I won't be going there anytime soon.

It was late, but not too late,so drive thru was our only option. We were the only car there, parking lot empty, and yet we had to wait 15-20min for our food, not a big order either. Chicken sandwich, fries, and a drink... Make it make sense. The girl taking our order was rude, but the young lady that brought out our food was very nice, and super apologetic. I asked her if they were close to closing and she said they weren't, so I'm not sure what was happening inside. Still love them, just must have been a bad day for them.

Wow, it takes a lot for me to complain, but I did not receive four items I ordered for delivery. One meal missing, no sauces, two side. I know I ordered near closing time and the workers were probably in a hurry to close, but come on. Also, the chicken sandwich that I DID actually receive was obviously thrown together super quickly. No pickles, cold bun, and it was made with a chicken WING, not the normal chicken breast it’s made with. Thought I wouldn’t notice? Not happy with my order tonight.
