good food, was fresh. the service gets a one star, the employees don't greet you or really say anything to you at all. the atmosphere is better, clean tables. for the price for one meal is way to expensive so I was happy that it was fresh food and not stuff in warmers.

Welcome to Popeyes my Sonoma county people! This is located on the corner of the intersection between Sebastopol Road and Stony Point Road. This restaurant is in its own space and has its own parking lot. There is handicapped parking as well as wheelchair accessibility. This Louisiana kitchen based, fast food restaurant has been in business for more than 40 years. Its roots began in New Orleans, Louisiana hence the restaurant title. From small restaurant to big dreams come true, Popeyes has now expanded not only nationwide but worldwide.Popeyes focuses on Creole and Cajun cuisine which is abundant in tradition and rich with spices and flavors as you know good ol’ Louisiana to be!Popeyes is known for their chicken. They have sandwiches, tenders, and even wraps. My guest and I had order the 12pc wings combo with the flavors roasted garlic Parmesan and Sweet ‘N Spicy. They were both juicy and flavored very well. The chicken was actually crunchy unlike many other fast food restaurants. We also ordered the large size Mac and cheese. It was the best Mac and cheese I’ve ever tasted. It was so cheesy and it deliciously melted in my mouth.I have a few comments that I think this place can improve on like the kids menu. There is limited options and the meals themselves come with little food. I also think the customer service needs to be improved. I had trouble communicating with the employees because there was a language barrier and we couldn’t understand each other. The cashier was not only growing impatient, but slowly grew an attitude as well. The last thing would be the sizes of the sides they give you. Although the Mac and cheese was amazing the cup sizes made no sense to me. It said large yet it was still a small size and for even more. If you’re gonna charge $5 for a large Mac and cheese don’t be chintzy with the size.Lastly, I enjoyed the environment of this place. I loved how they filled glass jars with spices, it really suits their restaurants personality.Overall love the food and inside of the restaurant! If you’re looking for cheap, fast food I would consider this to be one of your top choices.

Not good service. Wrong with both orders. I'd go to the wing place instead next time to see if it's better. Definitely not here again.

How do you not have any chicken left? They said they could only serve tenders and sandwiches. Then they were out of honey mustard and honey. You can tell the workers didn't give AF sadly.

I guess I got lucky. I walked in, and the power was out.I was at the counter when I found that out. The girls had no problem getting my order together, and offering me alternatives to sodas orfiguring out how to give change for cash as the register didn't work.Great job!

Place was closed while people were eating inside. Waited for them to open the doors when I asked the manager why they were closed she just gave me smirk and turned around this was around 1pm well after opening hours. They never seem to have enough food prepared and run out of stuff everyday. You can also see some employees on their phone while preparing your food without washing their hands. This is an edit: It is not just any employee on the phone while making food it’s the MANAGER

We had a very bad experience this morning with the drive thru cashier, a young guy with colored eyes. He rang up our order incorrectly, never greeted us at the speaker and had us waiting for a long time. He had a pretty bad attitude. And only 3 ketchups for 3 combos. The receipt says parveen.

Orders are never made right. The food is always bad quality and either lukewarm or cold. Fries always taste old and they never give you sauces that you order. I suggest no delivery so that you can call them out in the moment when they make your order wrong. You would think they could manage making orders right considering the arm and leg they charge for the food.

I used to go to a Popeye's at City Center in Oakland by my office. It was great. THIS one...no. Won't go back. Can't recommend. $21 for nothing but 8 pieces of chicken. Seemed to have been battered and fried twice. Dark, dry, old. Almost no flavor. Truly awful. Very disappointing. Can't speak to atmosphere as I went through the drive-thru. Service was standard. They had a tip jar I couldnt reach from my window but I tipped with my payment. The food -0.
