When we called to ask where our pizza was after it was 30 minutes late, we were given the run around and then transferred to another employee, who tried to figure out where our order was. She then told us that it is going out with the delivery driver then. The order ended up being an hour late. We ordered two pizzas and bread twist. One of the pizzas we ordered had pineapple, olives and bacon, the other pizza was a Maui Zowie. We got a combination pizza and a slice from our Maui Zowie was gone!! I get being busy and have no issues with it being late but the fact that we had issues with the pizza!! This is the second time with this Round Table messing up our order. For the price we pay now for 2 pizzas and getting service like this is absolute inexcusable.

The pizza here is consistent and it's good but pricey compared to better mom and pop pizzerias . Not the best pizza but I enjoy it. The reason for one star review is the lack of common sense and flat out rudeness from the manager-on-duty named Shea. We had ordered a pizza at 530. Around 630 the pizza still had not been delivered so we called the restaurant to find out what was going on. We called back a total of three times and the pizza still hasn't been delivered. MOD Shea comes to the phone. Shea started giving a story about her delivery driver and some 98yo woman. We told her we don't need to her the whole excuse of a story just need to know what's going on. Shea immediately calls us rude and places us on hold!! After a few minutes Shea comes back to the phone to tell us they won't be delivering our pizza and we'll get a refund, but not before she tells us how rude we are. We tell her that we were not the ride ones and do not need all the odd details of what happened to our delivery driver. Just tell us "there were complications out of our control and we can provide a solution A or solution B for you." Shea, please be less defensive and don't sweat the small things. Just provide the guest with a decent solution and move on.

They charge for ranch for every order yet NEVER send it with delivery. It's only 0.75, which isn't the point. It's an item I ordered and paid for yet didn't receive. This has happened on multiple orders now, so don't bother paying for the ranch.

A Warfaring Stranger

I walked in to order a pizza and the volume on all the TV's was absolutely intolerable. I go to Round Table for the pizza, not to watch tv and have been to this location a multitude of times. However, at 11:10 am, with only 1 customer in there, it was impossible to hear ANYTHING but the tv. I left andwill find another place to have pizza.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. The old location on Magowan drive had great employees, managers and were always on it. The new location looks like they hired people off the streets and on top of it their app doesn't let you use your rewards anymore. Don't bother even calling because there is a call center where they tell you to order online .... No shot, I tried that and it didn't work.... You can barely understand them and they are probably located in a different country and show zero ounce of empathy when you try to explain what's going on. I then emailed customer service about our experience and they do not offer to give me my reward discount, say sorry or anything. Round table is garbage

No more Round Table for our family anymore! We ordered delivery via the Round Table website. Delivery was estimated at 45 minutes. Called to check the status an hour and 15 minutes later. I understand it's a Sunday and football is on. I was put through to a call center, hung up on twice, told my order was on its way by an unfriendly employee. Finally received our $120 order 2 hours later which was comprised of 3 cold pizzas. Which were not what we even ordered. I'd order from Mombos. Same price, and you can talk to an actual employee instead of getting hung up on.

Probably the worst 'pizza' I've ever had plus the restaurant was empty and it took about 30 minutes to get served. I think the only reason I got it was that I asked at the counter and was told 'it will be out soon' and someone actually checked the warming oven and found it.Let's talk pizza for a minute-I don't expect gourmet (or even very good) at Round Table but do expect it to be within my very limited expectations and this didn't meet those. The primary reason was the almost complete lack of sauce on the pie (which was ordered with just peppers and onions, of which there were virtually none).I doubt whether I will be back, this order (personal pizza plus salad bar plus drink) was a ridiculous $25 including tip.

Tried to go here last night. There was a line that barely moved in 20 minutes. There were four families in front of us. It only takes 10-15 to make a pizza. How hard is it to take an order? I'll never know. We decided not to find out and left. I won't bother to come back.

A lot has changed with Round Table Pizza since the move to this new location. So far, I've tried this new location three times (in-person order to go, online order to go, phone order to go), and I am done. Round Table Pizza has become rather expensive for what you are now getting. The first time at the new location, the service was bad because the pizza wasn't ready when indicated (I waited another 25 minutes), but I gave it a pass since the new location had just opened and new staff was in training. The second time, I could not get the online price that was quoted in the special when ordering from their website. I was told the website promotion was wrong when I asked about it at pickup to see if I could get a credit for the difference I paid online. Um OK. This last time, I decided to call in an order for pickup instead of online, and there's now a new call system. You are now transferred to an outside (definitely WAY out of the area) call center, where they try to upsell your order. It was the most frustrating, anger-inducing experience. I repeated my order three times, telling the guy I was not interested in any promotional items--JUST THE PIZZA. And he continued trying to sell me more items until I hung up in frustration. I did not get my pizza. It's so disappointing since this new location is right down the block from my house.

Brought the family for a nice Thursday evening dinner, in which everything turned out to be amazing. From start to finish, the staff are hard at work providing great service. Establishment is brand spanking new. It's beautiful, updated to very modernize vibe, everything nice and clean. Few elements they have that compliments the whole experience. Full salad bar, full draft beer bar, wine of many choices, pizza of all types and sizes to order from. Everything cooked to order with perfection. Food was litterly dancing in my mouth. We loved it here. Ended the night with a who few arcade games. Honestly surprised with the low rating. And that is why we like to go and experience it ourselves. Great pizzw, wings, salad, everything.

Although decor was nice severely disappointed with a rude Jessica ignored me when I asked if I can turn down the 4 blaring tv that were all on different channels she purposely ignored me and didn't respond would not put on all same channel , lower volume or turn off was so fake I cancelled my order and will never be back horrible uncaring gangy rude behavior!

We mistakenly ordered online at this location (didn't know it was open). When I got there I was surprised how nice it was inside, very clean and modern.It's got plenty of TVs, an arcade and a party room you expect at a RT.Outside of that it was a bit of a mess. The order was very delayed and then wrong. They rectified it but I was there for 45 mins waiting for our food.The pizza was definitely sub par for Round Tables I've had throughout my life. The crust seemed abnormal and the pizza wasn't as good as the Montecito location.My recommendation is to give it a few months before going to this new location.

This is the second time I have been at this location since they moved from Montgomery Village. The atmosphere is wonderful. You should be proud of your restaurant. The pizza tasted great. The cashier was wonderful.I live close to the roundtable over here on Montecito but from now on, I will drive to your location.

I ordered 3 pizzas last night for delivery... all 3 came with a broken seal. None were round as if pieces had been removed. I called and spoke to the manager who said it was probably the grub hub delivery guy cause they open them to check that it's correct. Ya, ok... wtf. Don't order from this place. Had to just hang up cause he was an idiot
