Ordered online for pickup. Here’s something new, when calling for curbside pickup RT doesn’t answer directly, now a third party service that will communicate to them. No matter, pizza was ready on time, received cheese and pepper flakes as requested and person brought out to car.We tried the Parmesan crust which was a bit thicker than regular, flavor wise fine but think sauce/cheese could have been applied a bit closer to edges because it was dry when cooked. So next time we’ll probably stick to regular RT crust.Parking: Curbside pickup has 2 spaces and it may be challenging if busy, you can’t wait there too long if arriving earlier, you would need to potentially move vehicle.

Ordered pizza online. Never arrived. Third strike with Round Table in Santa Rosa. On Townview and guernville road. Been frequenting round table since the 1970's. No more

Stopped in for dinner and chose to dine in with my family, the pizza was good however service wasn't what we hoped for. Wait time for our food was an hour, soda machine was down. I wouldn't say this is a very family friendly location however we could have just came in on an "off day". We're not so inclined to return for dinner rush again but maybe in the future we'll stop in for lunch when it's less busy.

The worst pizza I have ever eaten. I got the gluten-free crust and it was horrible, inedible. It actually tasted dusty, like unmixed rice flour. I pulled off the topping only to find it had almost no cheese and a bitter sauce. I paid $30 for this?

Very pleasant staff. Good value for lunch buffet, ample salad bar and a good selection of pizza rotating thru. Best when busy. More people, more selection of pizza. Probably best quality of ingredients of pizza chains.Vegetarian options: Salad bar and a good veggie pizzaDietary restrictions: Build your own salad barKid-friendliness: Various tv displays and kid options on menuWheelchair accessibility: Big doorway and clearly marked table access

This is one of the biggest Roundtables I have recently been in. They have space for large parties or gatherings. I love their King Arthur's combination pizza, I always ask for pineapples on the side. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. I must say my large combination pizza was absolutely gorgeous, the Picasso of pizza!

It is with a mixture of disappointment and frustration that I feel compelled to share my recent experiences with Round Table Pizza on Guerneville Road. This marks the fourth instance where I have encountered significant issues with this establishment. To begin, I recall the inconvenience of being informed that there was no available delivery driver for my pizza order, despite having paid the delivery fee upfront. Regrettably, I am unable to recall if the delivery fee was eventually refunded. This initial setback foreshadowed subsequent experiences, which I had hoped would not become a pattern. On two separate occasions, I took the initiative to express my gratitude for complimentary pizzas by leaving a $20 tip for the driver. Astonishingly, this simple act of appreciation managed to trigger complications with the orders, resulting in failed deliveries. This contrasts starkly with previous years of seamless transactions at other Round Tables where such gestures were met with no issues. While the second incident led to the generous compensation of a voucher for a free pizza, I found myself disheartened by the continued lack of reliability. My patience was tested yet again during my most recent order. I placed an order for a pizza alongside a 2-liter drink, only to find that the drink was absent upon delivery. After promptly contacting the restaurant, it was acknowledged that the drink was indeed part of my order. Rather than offering me the option of a refund or redelivery, the decision was made unilaterally to provide a refund solely for the cost of the missing drink. I believe that the resolution offered does not fully address the inconveniences and disappointment I have consistently encountered. Considering the series of unfortunate events that have transpired, it is reasonable to expect a more comprehensive response than a partial refund for a missing drink. These recurring incidents, including erroneous orders, delivery mishaps, and breakdowns in communication, have significantly disrupted what should be a straightforward dining experience. The repeated nature of these issues raises concerns about the reliability and competence of this particular Round Table Pizza location. I appreciate the sincere efforts made by the establishment to rectify these ongoing challenges. However, the frequency with which these problems occur has left me both disillusioned and weary. A dining establishment of this caliber should not be marred by such persistent operational setbacks. Regrettably, I have arrived at the decision to discontinue my patronage of this Round Table Pizza location. My hope in sharing this account of my experiences is that it contributes to a reevaluation of their operational processes and commitment to customer service excellence. -Frank

Best Round Table in Santa Rosa! Plenty parking, clean tables and restrooms, fresh salad bars and hot pizzas, great ambiance. Location is a bit smaller than most, but it’s not as busy as others. Great and speedy service. Download the app for promotions and rewards as well as arranging for pickup/delivery.I stopped by earlier today and was helped by Riktor who was very friendly and attentive. The only minor hiccup that happened was I ordered the 24 classic wings mix of Buffalo and BBQ for my brothers birthday today. We were a little let down when we got home to realize we only got all BBQ wings. Just make sure you double check everything before taking off. Despite that, I will still be back ??

Ordered online for 5:30pm pickup went to pick up the order at 5:45pm and they said it wasn't ready. Waited for 20 min then asked how much longer of a wait they then informed me they couldn't find my order. Then had me wait in line to get refunded. Wasted over 30 min of my time without getting any food. Tamara Focht was rude and unapologetic about it all. We would of just waited to get our food done since it was already paid but that wasn't an option given. First and last time at this location.
