Gotta love round table! I have ever since I was a kid! staff is great! food's excellent ! games are fun! And, bathrooms are clean 🫧
The ambiance was serene and conducive to relaxation. Ample seating is available, including an outdoor patio area featuring a water fountain and landscaping. I wish I had chosen to dine outdoors.
I opted for a table overlooking the trees, finding the view calming and enhancing the dining experience.
My spouse and I selected sandwiches, having enjoyed them previously, and they did not disappoint.
The staff were courteous and patient in assisting me with menu selections.
Their habanero wings were also exceptional.
For solo diners, a lunch special is offered between 1 and 4 p.m., featuring a discounted personal pizza.
The staff are overworked and you can tell. spread too thin. but the salad bar and the entire place including the tables are clean.
I've been going there for ages. My kids and I grabbed some pizza and had a movie night. We always get a round table when we're together.
Downright gross.. somehow our pizza that just came out of the oven was cold and undercooked, the potato wedges side dish was underwhelming and over cooked, with some rotten potatoes thrown in for good measure.
When we walked in there was salad dressing on the floor with a sign in front of it, and it was still there when we left an hour later.
Tables in 3 of the banquet rooms were covered in garbage, and not just 1 of the tables, like over half of them, wet, pizza scraps, wadded up paper towels, other food garbage, it all persisted for the duration of our visit, with multiple employees looking in each room and then just walking out.
Same thing in the main dining rooms, tables covered with food garbage, for the entire duration of our visit as well. None of the staff were concerned with cleaning up any of it, at all.
The salad bar was a disaster, the arcade only had one game powered on, out of maybe 8. they obviously don't care about this restaurant at all.
I was appalled, and this will be the last time I patronize this establishment.
Shame on you Round Table. A total embarrassment.
We didn't even take the half of our pizza that was left over home with us it was so unappetizing.
And for 2 people, the bill was $70! 1 pizza, 1 appetizer, 2 sodas 1 salad. SEVENTY DOLLARS. And that's with the special online promotion discount!!
The only thing they even remotely got right was the 2 sodas. I didn't bother to look at what percentage of the bill that was, but I definitely know the $3.50 for spinach added to our pizza was not worth it, as it was hardly discernable as even on the pizza. Such a shame.
Round Table used to be a place where you could at least count on a decent pizza. Times have changed folks. Stay home, cook your own food. $35 per person to eat crap while surrounded in filth, NEVER AGAIN.
I really feel bad for the 4 or 5 grub hub pizzas that went out while we were there. Those people certainly paid even more, and had no clue the conditions of cleanliness their food was made in.
Honestly I'm surprised the health department hasn't shut them down yet.
It's really hard to go wrong with pizza, especially if you have the lunch pass. And they have all you can eat deal which is always fun. And they got nice salad bar. It's well taken care of the staff is friendly
Fast service grate pizza clean and perfect ausom service
I mean it's Round Table, you know what to expect, just double the price you think it should be, and it's the same as its always been. Smaller portions, higher prices.
Places don't realize that if that's all they do, raise prices, decrease portion size, and change nothing else, the end result is all of their customers now being unhappy because the cost/value ratio has changed so drastically.
What RT has done, is now they have very large signs that say they no longer accept tips, well that does nothing for employee morale, nor does it make the service better, so all in all, it's my opinion that Round Table has jumped the shark and is circling the drain, just like so many other establishments that don't consider the customer experience.
That said, I've had my reminder today of why I no longer patronize RT, and just like the last time I forgot, it's now clear once again why I don't eat there.
The memories are better than the experience. And that is unfortunate.

Placed a pick up order. When I arrived at the promised time it was not ready and did not appear to be even started yet. So I waited an additional amount of time. I asked for a side of ranch and pizza sauce at checkout, I was told I’d be charged extra. I asked that due to the wait and the pizza not being ready on time if they would be able to just provide that (teeny little cup for almost a dollar) and they said no. Atmosphere is very meh and the staff don’t appear to be very happy working there. The pizza is good but customer service and atmosphere are very average.

Reply: A start would be fixing the air conditioning and staffing appropriately.

I would give a 5 star review tonight. They did a great job in house. Took good care of us. Might be the best pie I've had from a round table in 36 years. The only thing I dislike about my experience is that ownership or management or both have taken the tip line off the receipt. Times are tough right now. We don't have a lot and we know those serving us don't have a lot either. That's why we need to stick together. Most people in the service industry live off tips. Barely. To take that away right now without a substantial increase in pay seems cruel. Business owners have it tough I know that but taking the tip line away and not having a system in place to support that is not okay. The tip line hurts no one. It's up to the customer to decide if they will use it. It's my money and I'll damn well pay it forward every chance I get. Probably why I'm still poor but if we aren't all collectively trying then we are all collectively failing. Do better. For the record we had some cash and we were able to tip but knowing that management or ownership or both aren't advocating for their employees left a bad taste in our mouth. Put the tip line back on the receipt. Whoever does it and takes credit for it will get that team's respect and gratitude.
I will change my review to five stars if management does what's right.
