Round table Occidental road: Great phone order service for this order. Person was knowledgeable about menu. It’s awkward when someone doesn’t understand your order. Our usual order includes a customized pizza and Oder was accurate.Order was ready in timely manner. Lobby and restaurant is clean. One of my go to Roundtables.

The lady who served us was very reluctantly, terrible service, we will never return there, the rudest person we have ever seen, we asked her to please not have jalapeño and she gave us the pizza with jalapeño, WE WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.

The food was great! The service I received from Julian was exceptional! They were short staffed and he was working very hard while keeping a friendly demeanor the whole time doing his best to make the customers happy! The lighting outside in the parking lot at night is horrible and very unsafe. Over half the video games were out of order and the coin machine was empty. The registers weren't equipped to give out quarters requested to play the games for the volume of customers who were there at the time. I watched as these poor little kids couldn't play the games because of these issues. Julian was doing his best to make them happy, but couldn't produce the quarters needed when asked. Management needs to do a better job of maintaining the upkeep of these issues. If the video games don't belong to the restaurant then they need to call the person responsible or don't have them. Also the service fee is absolutely ridiculous causing less tips for the workers and more money for the corporation who should be investing more in their hard working employees.

Pizza is sometimes hit and miss at this location. I was a little upset when the cashier told me that they no longer honor the loyalty points. Website says you can still redeem them.

Round table you cannot go wrong with the king of Justice franchise. One of the best pizza franchise there is in the USA. so when you craving for pizza and there’s a round table near you, I suggest you go there. Cheers ? love life love food. ???☝?

We had to kids soccer ⚽️ end of the year parties for my 2 kids' teams that I coached. I kid you not, the person in charge wouldn't remake a pizza that was supposed to be pepperoni, refused, said there was nothing she could do, for one of the players parents. Also, said it was a new policy that the 2 pitchers of soda costing $20 together weren't refillable, only the single cups that were like $2.50 each. My mind was completely blown. We probably had close to 50 people, and I know we will not be returning to this location. We weren't asking for free pizza or drinks, just to make things right and refill the pitchers. Maybe I need to contact someone in the corporate office for Round Table Pizza ? because this is not the service that we've known for at least the last 30 years! I'll pick Mountain Mike's next time, or chuck e cheese ? ?

Gentleman who delivered our pizza the other night rocks! His name was Gabriel! Absolutely amazing customer service & I appreciate the kindness he def went above and beyond to make sure our order was right after having issues in the past this was very refreshing!

Asked for my pizza to be double sliced and it's legit never happened but this time they actually did it. This review is more for the delivery driver then anything his name was Gabriel and he was super friendly and told me he personally double sliced the pizza that was cool. Def want to give that dude a 5 star review!!!

I shouldn't have to warm my pizza up in the air fryer when I get home. I only live 5 minutes away. This has now happened twice. I thought before I left the crust was looking a little pale. Now I'll know for next time. Prices are too expensive for you not to serve a nice piping hot pizza. The dough was a little flat too. I'm guessing they need to turn up the heat so they can get the proper rise and temp. Or it's moving too fast through.
