Great food, although a little pricey for breakfast. Decent service when we go inside to eat rather than ordering out.
Fun, cool place! Old time nostalgia, sports vibing atmosphere with friendly impressionable service. Neat place!
Hi this is me. That place is a very nice and very friendly restaurant. The foods are so good!
I’m very curious and been wondering about it closed at 2 pm everyday now since 2020 so I’m wondering if it would be change back to at 9 pm as I remembered years ago it was really awesome. I was there once in awhile in the afternoon I absolutely loved it and I also usually always was there in the morning love their breakfast my favorite! Smile.
Only wondering about the time that’s all.
The service was great! Very fast. Very friendly. We met family for breakfast. It was great. Everyone was very happy with their food. We had biscuits and gravy, breakfast burrito, waffles, and an omelet.
I've been coming here and the Sebastopol rd location for breakfast for many years. Even though I no longer live in Sonoma county, I will go out of my way to eat here.
The atmosphere is warm, even when it's busy, people are always friendly, and the food reminds me so much of Sunday breakfasts at home (moms biscuits and gravy are still better, but not by much)
Keep up the good work, Sam!
I would HIGHLY recommend Sam’s for breakfast catering. We had a delightful breakfast for our morning wedding. Charles was extremely accommodating throughout the entire process. Delicious food, very timely and fresh. Thank you Charles and the team at Sam’s!
Very good food
Old standby. Good breakfast. Lunch.
I loved the eggs benedict, the coffee, and the service. The diner is beautiful, filled with cool antiques. It's a cozy and friendly environment that I will certainly return to.

Service and food 10/10 🙌🏻 we were seated in under ten mins. Monica, our waitress, was kind, friendly, and very welcoming. My family and I enjoyed the French toast combo, Eggs Florentine with hash browns, a side of pancakes, a Mickey Mouse pancake with a side of grapes, 2 coffees with free refills, and a kids milk cup for a total of $60. They provided my toddler with a cute little pail of crayons and a color sheet. We got our food pretty quickly. Overall a very great experience. We will definitely be returning!
Kid-friendliness: Booster seats are available, they have crayons and color sheets!

Expensive place to eat a average breakfast
You're greeted by a wholesome aesthetic of history when you dine, keeping you entertained the whole while.
We ordered biscuits & gravy and chicken and waffles. The biscuits were large and the gravy was almost like whipped mashed potatoes on top, which was far more delicious than some basic runny canned gravy.
My waffle was huge (size of the plate) and extremely fluffy, while the chicken tenders (essentially) were moist. I may have wished I gotten a size of chicken that matched the waffle, but my stomach wouldn't of handled it anyway.
Was a great brunch, wholly recommend this place.

Classic Santa Rosa breakfast spot. Homemade biscuits and gravy are the best in town! Service is always great and worth waiting if there is a crowd.
