If you love quality baked goods, this place is for you! I stayed in Santa Rosa for a week and went here twice. The set up is a glass case with the options, wait in line, order, pay, and take your goodies to a table or to go. I went on a Monday & Friday morning around 830, and there was a good amount of people. No line on Monday but about 6 people ahead of me on Friday. This location is located in a little strip mall so parking can be crowded.
I got so many baked goods & everything was incredible. No complaints, only praises! Items I tried were the lemon meringue pastry, vanilla eclair, chocolate croissant, regular croissant, almond chocolate croissant, baguette, cannels things (on top of the counter), fleur de sucre, chocolate orange creams puffs. I would get everything and more over again!
The only thing I disliked was the set up. Not sure how you would even fix it, but all the goodies are lined up in a glass case and you can only see the ones In front of you, if there is a line you won't be able to get a whole glimpse of the options until you make your way down, therefore ordering is harder if it's your first time there. Even if not your first time, you wanna see all the options! I also get anxiety when the workers and customers are just looking at you while you look at all the options ahhh getting sweaty palms just thinking about it.
They also serve coffee options w Straus's milk, my mom and I both got regular coffee which was good. There is seating to the side and seating out front which is a nice like place to eat your goodies. Overall, a must visit when in the area!
Most of the time they mess up the order BUT the service is great anyway!!!
Wonderful place. Expensive but worth the price for a treat
My husband and I decided to go for a walk in Santa Rosa. We looked for a place to have a good coffee and eat some pastries, and we were surprised by this place. Everything was very fresh and looked very tasty, so we decided to eat some treats. We loved the service and bought some bread to go. I recommend it to anyone who is passing by.
Lovely spot for a pastry break. I stopped in for a cappuccino and croissant. Both were good, and I really appreciate that everything is organic. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the location is perfect for a quick stop while exploring the area. While it’s not the most exceptional pastry I’ve ever had, it’s definitely worth a visit if you’re looking for high-quality, organic treats.
Pre-ordered the Black Forest cake for a birthday, the birthday boy's favorite cake. Everyone loved it! Such a beautiful cake, and absolutely delicious. Super easy to order and very nice staff.
Very aesthetic bakery with amazing pastries, happy to have in SR! Unfortunately, the staff is snobby and rude. The attitudes of these young women, create a very hostile environment. I am always uncomfortable stepping foot in the bakery. I've never felt welcomed or have been greeted in a kind/genuine manner. However, the food is THAT good that I will subject myself to standing in a line, for 20 minutes, to deal with those snotty brats!! A new staff with individuals whom are warm and love to serve would elevate this business entirely!

Excellent and authentic French pastry. Croissants are some of the best I've had. 5 stars for the pastry. 2 stars for the coffee, which was stale and sour tasting each time I've tried it. Better coffee would be a great addition.
Great food, great service, great tea!

Busy bustling place. It happens when the food is amazing. Dined in for tea and croissants. Delicious. Tea service a little slow. It’s a lazy Saturday morning and they are super busy. Not to worry.

I have found this bakery to be over-baking the pastries recently. They keep getting crispier, but they’re supposed to be soft…
I just come here for the coffee now. They brew a delicious mocha!

OMG. I’m in heaven. I’m sitting on my front porch, eyes closed, munching on my first ever Sarmentine Baguette. The crunch of the crust, the airy crumb, the delicate flavor, oh my. With eyes closed I’m transported to heaven. Seated next to me is God. I tear off a half loaf, he smiles, takes a bite and looks at me with an approving grin. God is happy. I am happy. The hands down best Baguette I’ve ever had. May I have another?

I had a poor experience here. They were out of gluten-free baguettes for my partner, double-charged me for croissants, forgot my sandwich order, and then switched the bread for that order. It was a series of haphazard mistakes while my family and young kids waited in the car for 15 minutes. The concept is good, but the staff seems young and inexperienced.
