Went into knowing that the food wasn't premium. Food looks stale but what irritated me was that the person who just walked up got help before me when I had been standing there for several minutes. Whether it was a lack of paying attention or a gender thing I'm not sure. I did find it rude & unacceptable & left since I wasn't getting service anyway...

I have been going there almost every week lately and always have a good experience. I see the same guy working there every time and he is very nice! The pizza slice is served fast and tastes pretty good!

WORKER ANSEL, THE YOUNG LATINO WORKER, that works at SBARRO SANTA ROSA MALL WAS YELLING AT ME, WHAT DO YOU WANT! DO YOU KNOW YET? WHAT? WHAT? AND THEN HE'D WALK AWAY! SEVERAL TIMES! HE WAS ACTUALLY YELLING AT ME AND THROWING FOOD AND ITEMS AROUND LIKE HE WAS SO MAD ABOUT SOMETHING THAT HE WAS GOING TO EXPLODE! OUR FOOD WAS INEDIBLE!!! WHEN WE GOT ALL THE WAY BACK HOME TO SONOMA, CA! I HAD TO GO BACK OUT AND PAY FOR 2 DINNERS THAT NIGHT FOR MY FAMILY BECAUSE WE COULDNT EAT THE ONE FROM SBARRO! I'M PISSED! NO ONE SHOULD BE TREATED THIS WAY! Saw the boy at the counter drop my Stromboli- ask the girl at the register what to do. He then stashed it under the counter and then she picked it back up and gave it to me. I asked her to make a new one, she tried to give it to me cold. I asked her to heat it, then she told me to move. I ordered $300 worth of pizza from them the day before and I really hope o did not serve my employees food dropped on the ground at Sbarro Santa Rosa.

Go here every time I hit rosa, and the staff men are the best. But they hired a new woman, and she doesnt listen to your oder. Baked ziti was very soggy and just wet, I had to pour it out so it wouldn't spill. Even the cheese slipped right off. First time disappointed but still have hopes.
